“My daughter‘s car broke down on her way to school in the middle of 104 and 350. An amazing Wayne County Sheriff helped push her off the expressway to a safe place. I arrived a few minutes later and was able to limp the car nearby to PJs. They had it fixed the next day and charge me a fraction of the price they could have charged me. I’ve worked on cars, my whole life and know the value of an emergency repair. I highly recommend this shop. If you live local or need repairs done this is the place to go. Thanks again guys. God bless you!”

“We've been dealing with Cavallaro's for 10 years now, and we will not go anywhere else. Mike, Tony, Andrew, and Jenn are all amazing! We had a certain price we needed to stay within, and they helped us find the vehicle we were dreaming of, within our budget!!! They are the most honest shop around. They told us what they thought they could give us as a trade in, and it was good with us. Then after consulting further, they realized that they could actually give us $1500 more! They called and let us know, even though we had already accepted the lesser amount. They didn't have to do that! We never would have known. It makes us trust them even more! Will not go anywhere else, ever again!”

However, they will infiltrate your whole family… before you know it, your brother, your sister, your mother, your aunts, and uncles will all be taking their cars to Crossroads Automotive. YES — they really are that good! James, Mike, Andrew, and the other team members are all so friendly and caring. Get on their waiting list NOW for your next repair appointment, oil change, etc., or miss out on working with a truly wonderful, family-owned small business.”

“I called B&C to install a shock conversion kit for my 1949 Chevy 3100 5 window pickup truck. They got me right in because I had some personal business to attend to. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I wasn’t sure if they did smaller jobs but they do and treat them just like any other job. Their work is impeccable. The shop is amazingly clean. They are highly skilled and do the job right, no shortcuts. The owners are super and the staff are very polite. My truck had the old lever type shocks now I have new tube shocks and my truck rides like a dream. Not just because of the shocks but because of the correct installation. The cost of this job was very fair. I thought it was worth every penny. So if you want a highly professional job at a fair price take your ride to B&C. To everyone at B&C thank you so much for taking great care of my truck you are the BEST…..Russ Nephew”

“I went to Phil's for years with my vehicles until I bought a Volvo and brought that. Mike was straightforward with me and said they didnt have the right equipment to complete repair, they could have easily took my money and fudged the repair but they were honest. Now I'm back with my GMs and they're once again great I always recommend them to my car friends.”

“Purchased an automobile from Lance's Automotive. This was the most positive experience I have had in my 50 years as an automobile enthusiast. Lance described the car accurately and was extremely solicitous in sending all the pictures and information I wanted. When I took delivery, I was surprised to find the car in even better condition than he described. As a serious collector of vintage cars, I was very impressed with Lance's honesty and willingness to help in the process. I give Lance's Automotive my highest recommendation.”

“First time customer after collision with a deer. They restored my 2025 Subaru Legacy to perfection! Looks brand-new! Dropped it off on a Monday, pickup Friday. That was impressive timing considering insurance involvement, additional damage discovered and parts shipping. Thank you all so much for a great job! I would highly recommend this collision shop and if I'm ever in need again (I hope not) I'll be back!!”
