Absolutely horrible establishment. Bob the guy who sells their furniture horrible and rude. So sold us a broken bed then he stripped the screws on the base of the bed and bent the support bars. For being in the military he has no manners I can see why you work at big lots. Oh and by the way you don’t raise your voice to customer Bob when your in the wrong.Bob also told us all there floor models are broken merchandise and we should have known that. He broke our bed we already purchased and didn’t want to give us a refund until I said I was calling the police. Never in my life. And not one person there wanted to take responsibility for selling us a broken bed. I hope this big lot closes down and Bob loses his job because that’s definitely what he deserves. Bob needs to go to anger management he was yelling at me like I was his child. No respect. I hope corporate reads this and watches the stores tapes Bob needs to be fired.

This big lots was very nice, clean, well run and had a lot of items that most places don't carry. This was a breathe of fresh air shopping there. Especially with the holidays

It was a bad experience wanted to buy a full size mattress the floor person was rude to me because I couldn't afford the price.. floor person just walked away with out explaining that there was financing available..

Big Lots has great prices, they usually have items that you can't find anywhere else. The only drawback is that the favorite items aren't always consistently available.
