“Mel was awesome. There was a lounge so the kids could safely keep themselves entertained while we did paperwork, but she did everything she could to expedite the process. We had a good test drive and she was happy to answer any and all questions and let us take our time inspecting the used vehicle and testing every feature we could think of- would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dealership!”

“Our tire blew on the highway and while trying to change it to the spare, it wouldn't budge. We called this place, two dudes drove out and my guy literally drop kicked the tire ONCE and solved the problem. He even put on our spare without a word and didn't charge us. Top class guys, my husband and I appreciate them greatly.”

“I caught a flat while road tripping down to DC. They were the closest shop so it was merely by fate that I was in the right location 5 mins away. Customer service was outstanding and they got my tire situated right away even though I had to stay a night in town as the tire replacement wouldn’t arrive until the next day.”

“I think this was a family owned business. The employees were so friendly and did a great job even though my car was full of crap since I was on a road trip. Thank you!”

“I was driving on 303 in a brand new $120,000 BMW and had apparently ran over a humungous bolt. I felt the car losing air like crazy and was able to somehow pull into the station. A man was there with his son at closing and saw I was desperate and plugged my tire after removing the giant bolt. He’s stayed happily and didn’t send me away, he literally saved me that night because nothing else was open. I’m so thankful to have this shop in my own town and I’ll use them again anytime I ever have a problem.”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago. "I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
