While visiting New York last week for business, I dropped in the 5:30am class a few days. I really enjoyed everything about the gym and the overall programming was one of the better ones I’ve experienced. The first half of their class really helps prepare your body for the strength and WOD, but you also perform exercises to help prepare your body for certain movements like pistols or getting low in your squat. The coach (terrible with names but I believe it was Rommel) was top notch and really took the time to observe everyone during all movements to ensure proper techniques. I hope to visit again in the future so I can get a t-shirt or sticker.

Great gym with good coaching and friendly members. The space is neat and clean (but not so clean you worry about a little chaulk getting on the floor).

Great staff and supportive community that pushes your limits. Really enjoy the diversity of workouts and mix of cardio and strength — all within 1 hr blocks that fit nicely into busy schedules. I also recommend their nutrition program which leads to improved food selection and ultimately better results in the gym. All around great experience!

I have been a member of CrossFit Rockland for a little over a year. I have seen great success in achieving my physical goals in that time. However, i noticed i had plateaued as of late. To combat this; i signed up for CrossFit Rockland nutrition. They showed me new ways to look at food and strategies to be healthier. In the past month i have lost an additional 8lbs and 3% body fat. I highly suggest taking this step to coincide with all the hard work you put in during the WODs.

I cannot say enough great things about CrossFit Rockland. I joined approximately 8 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my fitness progress. The one thing that was holding me back was my diet. I decided to start CrossFit Rockland Nutrition. In one month I lost 6lbs and 3% body fat….and even more than that I have a healthy nutrition plan for life! CrossFit Rockland Nutrition coached me through my diet challenges and now I have a plan to keep me strong and healthy. I am so thankful for CFR and CFR Nutrition for continuing to help me reach my goals!

I started CrossFit for the first time a little over a year ago. From my first class, everyone at CrossFit Rockland was incredibly welcoming, encouraging and motivating. The coaches are knowledgeable and really care about each member. It's an awesome community and perfect for every level of fitness!

I’ve been going to CFR for 8 years now and since the moment I started it’s felt like home. The community is welcoming and supportive and the coaches are incredible and knowledgeable. The programming will challenge you whether you’re a beginner or more advanced; Rob and team keep it fun and you will continue going back for more!

Started at CFR just about 6 months ago and it has been just an amazing experience since day 1. All of the coaches take the time to carefully review each movement and ensure that it is being done correctly, without the risk of injury. It is truly a positive and supportive workout environment with a great group of people!

Great atmosphere, location, class schedule & people. This is my first experience with CrossFit and I’ve loved the challenge. All of the coaches are helpful and knowledgeable. Rommell is an amazing coach who knows when to push you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend CrossFit Rockland!

I joined CrossFit Rockland a little under 2 yrs ago and couldn’t be happier with that decision. The coaching staff is phenomenal. The cues & tips they give me have helped me improve my lifts and allow me to move more efficiently during workouts. The community atmosphere is very welcoming and is what keeps me coming back for more.

Nice location (great for those who love running, or shuffling along, like me). Cross fitters are a dedicated bunch that are friendly and supportive. The coaches are exceptional - they are really dedicated to ensuring everyone's success. Although I have been attending regularly for less than a year, it is now becoming part of my lifestyle. I am also making new friends, and am much more fit now, than when I started a short time ago. If you're reading this while on the fence as to whether you should join, you should try it - you won't regret it!

I started back in October 2017 and it was the best decision I made, best coaching - truly breaks down all the movements and pushes each athlete to their true potential , amazing community! Every workout is a challenge and is truly humbling. Oh and for those who are interested, free beer in the fridge!!!
