As new customers, we spent over 1 1/2 hours opening two accounts based on information given to us in the bank. A few weeks later we were told the account details we both heard and went over more than once with the bank representative were not as we thought. One account needed a larger balance...the other needed to be linked with a second account...surely not details outlined before and not something to be easily misunderstood. Am closing out our accounts tomorrow. I'm addition, my husband tried to reach the person who had opened our accounts. He was unavailable so a phone message was left. It took this person a week to return this call.totally unacceptable.

This place is fine, the people are always nice. I'm not sure why anyone would leave a one star review because they had to wait in the drive thru once but what do I know.

Worst ever..... if you use the drive through be prepared.....take a lunch...bottle of water..etc.... because you will be there a long long long time.....slow and they disappear and return 10 mins later leaving you hanging.
