“Today, I was picking up my wife at a New York City hospital and when I got in the van, noticed the "low tire monitor" was lit on the dashboard. Took the van to Ideal and saw Jason - he was with another customer, so Nick handled my concern. He first added air, then took off the tire and noticed a nail or screw in the treads. He quickly got the rolling car lift, took the tire off, repaired the tire, checked the tire pressures in all four tires, and adjusted them, as needed. The whole repair was completed in under ten minutes...perfect timing.
