I chose to switch to the Fort Lee location because it’s closer to my new address. Once again, I am happy with my decision. And all for a reasonable price, which can be hard to find in NYC. I've recommended them to all my friends and will be reaching out to them again for my move this year.”

“As a storage unit renter for over 10 years at the Monsey Public Storage location, today I had an interesting situation. Thankfully for Joe, the manager of the site, I was able to get my problem resolved.I reserved a new unit online and came to the location 2 and a half hours before closing time. The employee called out sick (unfortunately it happens) and I had noone to rely on to help me move to my new unit. I called customer service and the person over the phone wasn't sure how to help me. After we hung up, I had to call the spring valley location. Debbie, a fantastic employee at that location was very helpful and informative but she was limited to the things she can assist me with.Thankfully for Joe, the manager of the Monsey location, he went out of his way to help me close my old unit out and help me transfer to the new unit. He voluntarily did this on his day off (Saturday). If it wasn't for Joe, I'd miss the great low price deal that was available and luckily I was able to move my belongings on the last day of the month and was able to have the peace of mind that my old unit would be closed out and I wouldnt have to worry about any payment issues. I was assured and taken care of.Joe was very kind and patient and understanding of my situation. I wish more businesses offered outstanding service and assistance just like Public Storage offers.Thank you Joe. I Appreciate everything. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed.-Raf”

“Ms. Amanda Ripa, Assistant Store Manager at the 100 Snake Hill Road Extra Space Storage facility in West Nyack is a real treasure - a consummate professional with so much heart ! She calmly and confidently helped us navigate through the ‘system’ long distance, because we wanted to help a friend pay his monthly unit charge, in one of your CT facilities. She was friendly, helpful and patient, and tirelessly explored every possible avenue to assist us, and also reached out to the other storage space, in question. In short, she generously and kindly took time to cut through ‘red tape’ . In the end, we will have to drive to CT to help make his payment because he has to do some data updating, in person, but now the necessary steps are clearly understood, thanks to Ms. Ripa. We also inquired about renting space at the West Nyack facility and are very impressed at the cleanliness and security measures in place, and the strong sense of knowledge, expertise and compassionate authority that Ms. Ripa displays. Brava, Ms. Ripa!!”
