Their expertise and excellent customer service can't compare to using an online printing service or somewhere like Staples/CVS where it can easily be printed the wrong size, blurry, etc.”
“This place is a very central location and drop offs are easy. They don’t open until 9:30 AM so be aware if you’re trying to do any early morning shipping drop off.
They recently changed owners and while the service remains largely unchanged. The friendliness definitely leave something to be desired.
It would be nice to be greeted or even acknowledged when you walk in like it used to be. Friendliness aside, it does the job.”

They have consistently been kind, enthusiastic and competent. When my D&D players saw the maps I printed for them, they lost their minds :)”
“I had an excellent experience with an international package with Ms. Deja on Monday. She helped write out the custom form for me when I have a shaky hand and explained the process. She even helped me tape the box when she had an injured hand.
She went above and beyond. I think she is really helpful and empathetic if you ask for the help. She always does her best to ensure great quality service and I had to finally thank her for all her kindness.

“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently.
Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly.
Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient.

“Had such an amazing experience with this post office thanks to Telisha! The post office is not even the local office for my address but she still was super helpful to me. My local post office was closed on Saturday and she helped me in a stressful situation. She took down my information in case the package did come back to her location. This morning, Telisha gave me a call to let me know South Hackensack had loaded it on the truck and it would be delivered today. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful for her amazing customer service!”
“This is a nice store with nice staff that are very helpful and friendly. Plus, this is my go to location to drop off my Amazon returns. For some reason I am always the 1st one online then people start coming in. And it located in a mini mall with plenty of parking, a couple of stores see photos. And it is next to the Sprain Brook Parkway.”
“I’m confused by the bad reviews. I go there all the time, have for years now, and everyone is always kind, not just to me, but to every other customer while I have been there. Even when I have made mistakes with my Amazon returns, they have always been gracious about explaining things to me. Every UPS store I have ever been to charges for packing something for you if it’s not “no box no label.” The woman who works there helped me with color prints for my classroom, and when they didn’t come out right because I had sent them in the wrong format, she happily reprinted them free of charge. Maybe the poor reviews are from people who don’t like that the workers wear masks? Or they don’t like ever being told no, even if it’s done politely? Or there’s another reason, which I suspect but won’t post here? Whatever your issue, I simply don’t believe that these nice people were rude like some of the stories here say.”
“This is not about the FedEx company. I have nothing to say about them. They’re horrible and every review that people read about them is accurate all the bad reviews. And that’s putting it mildly. This is about the store itself .
Pete the manager is fantastic. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming to this store .I use this store for supplies and a lot of copying in large amounts and they really do a great job with this. I had a deadline I had to meet with 60 copies which I thought was hard enough. I had two days notice. It would be over 120 copies that’s nearly impossible with one machine . Pete not only got it done for me. He got it done at a good price and Everything looked wonderful and I made my deadline. Good as well as bad employees for sure will make or break place of business and that’s why I’ll keep coming back here. Excellent service from Pete .”
