If the online portal doesn’t work, I’ve always just sent the request through email and they get it done. Usually I have the same special requests and the portal doesn’t always allow these special requests. But, Barbara always remembers the different jobs I send over and doesn’t even have to look at my special requests: she just knows. Sometimes, she even knows better than I do what I actually want! lol! The jobs are always perfection and they are completed with a quick turnaround time. If I need something urgently, they are always willing to try to help me out when possible. And if that wasn’t enough, it is ALWAYS service with a smile. I’m sure employers have off days but of they do, you can be certain Barbara never lets it show. She is always amazing. So, if you ever need anything print related, she is your girl!
