“I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”
“Forgot my sons baseball belt (far from home) and googled sports store in the area...Sports expert popped up and of course was worried about being disappointed and paying a crazy amount of money for a belt....BUT as soon as I walked in two people were right there to help me, they were beyond nice and I got the belt without breaking the bank!!! I would go out of my way to shop here!!! Nice to see a mom and pop store still around and saving the day!!!”

“As a HUGE Under Armour fan and as someone who has worked in Retail for many years , I have to say I had one of the BEST experiences in this location. This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. The entire team made me feel extremely "welcome" & it was definitely an experience that I won't forget! I will definitely be back!”

“What an incredible experience! I’m in love with American Eagle in Garden State Plaza and their amazing staff is the reason why. I happened to need a cowgirl outfit for one of my sister’s celebrations before her wedding. I needed a cowgirl outfit for this bridal shower celebration. The staff was so, so helpful and kept bringing me all kinds of outfits to try on to find the perfect outfit for my event. They found the cutest outfit which I absolutely adored and everyone at the event. They had me feeling like a celebrity! Too cute and adorable! Everyone was just so helpful and friendly; willing to go the extra mile to make sure you left happy. I ended up getting another outfit as well. I even opened the American Eagle credit card and I usually say no when I am asked. So American Eagle, I don’t know what you are doing to train your employees or you must be treating them super well, because I have not received this type of service at a retail store in a long time; whatever it is keep doing it. Here are all the amazing staff members that helped me get the perfect outfit for my sister’s rodeo event on 5/29/2024: Alycia, Laudelis, San, Alexis, Eduardo, and Elizabeth. Thank you so much. “Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”
