“Today my son and I visited this fine establishment. We were greeted by the Best associate, a young lady by the name of Ms. Brooke. She quickly approached my son, and I and asked if we needed help with anything. We instantly felt comfortable, and she began to proceed to show us the lacrosse equipment. Her customer service was great.She treated us with care and understanding. I had a million questions and when she and my son were discussing lacrosse, I felt happy because I have no idea what they were saying. Lol. After we finished our visit , I felt informed and happy. We will definitely be returning for another visit. I wanted to commend Ms. Brooke on her excellent customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers. I recommend that Ms. Brooke be considered for a raise as she positively represents the @LacrosseUnlimited store in a positive light. ****Update**** so we went back into the store and purchased the chest pads and after further speaking to Ms. Brooke, she made it clear that the best option would be to purchase the gloves as well. “Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

“I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”
“Cindy at customer service was amazing & very professional, I had an issue with a Tsunami barrier II 8000 fishing reel I bought a few months back and she quickly responded to my email and guided me through the necessary steps to resolve the issue and when they couldn't fix it they sent me a brand new reel at no extra cost they even covered shipping, this company is the best they hold up to their word when it comes to customers guaranteed satisfaction & warranty policy, Thank you Cindy God bless you!”

My friend and I had been shopping for hours, and Adidas was our last stop. We were tired and indecisive, but the tall white guy working there (I wish I could remember his name!) was beyond amazing.
