Based on reviews, Verizon has helpful and knowledgeable staff. Trevor and Mustafa fixed a problem and were willing to help each customer get satisfaction. A rep in a store was awesome and explained everything. Amanda was awesome and made a difference with the level of service she provided. She was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. She fixed a phone, advised about the motherboard, and explained features in a clear concise manner. Luis went above and beyond to help resolve an issue and found the best plan possible. He was kind and patient. However, one customer had a poor experience when a tech deleted a sim, locking the phone and making it a brick, forcing the purchase of a new phone.
