The cashier was horrible and very rude to my husband and myself. However the selection was good. I give this 1 star due to the incredibly horrible service we received. Will NOT be going again.

All the Aldi's are five star food stores but the Orchard Park location is the BEST!
Great prices, a great service team, great management and the H.R. department is to be commended for finding and hiring these employees.

Visited on 10/4/25, wish I had taken pictures because the store was disgusting. This isn't the first time I've seen it in this condition. Garbage in the foyer. Produce section: rotting,brown broccoli. Apples brown, rotting, liquifying, molding, and covered in flies. I left a particular rotting bag on top of the black garbage bin for staff. Potatoes were the same rotten 🤢 smelly, sprouting, and full of flies. Green beans with white patches of mold inside their bags. Grapes brown...... I could go on. Someone is going to end up sick! I wonder if I need to call the health department.update 11/14 stopped for on my way home out of desperation..... Not much has changed. Took pictures this time. Flies are hard to photograph captured one on the potatoes but they were everywhere.

Nice staff, good prices, just extremely limited on what they offer. Vegan offerings are almost nonexistent. Produce goes bad more quickly from here, but that could mean fewer preservatives on them.

Decent location, never noticed problems with employees being rude. Whatever is going on with the obnoxiously loud refrigeration system that has been a problem since they opened the store needs to be fixed, especially when it stops working and you can’t shop from the refrigerated aisle and need to make another stop somewhere else.

Good selection for such a small place. There are very few groceries I can't find here. Prices are nice.
1 complaint: the berries and grapes are sometimes a bit battered. I once walked through the store with a box of strawberries DRIPPING on my cart and hands - and it was the best I could find.
It would also be nice if they sold very basic pharmaceuticals, like Benadryl and ibuprofen and maybe bandaids and dental floss.
