My wife and her parents wanted to switch from Verizon to at&t, so we all went to the store. The only reason att&t doesn't get one star is because my inlaws are not tech savvy, and the guy there got them to finally switch to smart phones. And he took cash. Minus all the points because he put the Verizon account number in wrong, did not complete the transfer and now all three phones cannot accept calls because Verizon did not release the phone numbers and accts. The guy did not finish what he was supposed to do, did not check it to make sure all of the phones worked properly. And he had no cars, not even one for the new phones. My in-laws do not use internet, they wanted phone cases in hands. So we had to drive to Walmart to get phone cases. Now my wife is on the phone with art&t and Verizon because at&t cannot simply fix it and get everything changed over. She's had to call and be transferred multiple times and still cannot receive a call from me. I wish I knew the workers name and was able to call the store directly so he could fix it. This is a terrible first experience switching to at&t and a terrible first experience for my inlaws with their smart phones.
Also it's at&t not cingular.

There was a bit of a line but because I only needed help with some of the settings on my phone, not buying a new one, they got me fixed and out the door quickly.

they're always ready willing and able to help you with any issue however one issue could not be resolved in store and I had to call the 1-800 number other than that it was a pleasant experience
