Armani was the salesperson that took care of us. We were very impressed by him. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He is very personable and engaging. We will definitely reach out to him for any business that we have in the future.

On 05/25/2024 at 12:10-12:15pm we were at this wonderful location for a phone upgrade (iPhone 15 pro max) and to add a smart watch (I watch) to our plan. The guy with table number 34 id love to give his name but that would’ve meant he need to introduce himself. But anyways after having to hear that the prior phone needed to be paid off in full 3 time over he finally took my credit card to do so (mind you it was 66 dollars not a big deal) after he finally could accomplish cashing that out we moved on to the phone upgrade. Now I know it’s tough to get up off your chair to go into the back to grab the iPhone 15 titanium (Sarcasm there) you would believe the audacity of me but I asked him to go into the back to grab the smart watch I planned on buying. Another reason I wanted him to go grab it from the back is so I literally could see what it looked like from the front of the box. No where did I ever say I want to open it before I bought it (also I wanted to see what it would look like just from the front of the box because they didn’t have any on display) but Getting resistance from him once again and him having to explain to me, which wasn’t needed three more times that he couldn’t open the box before we bought it. So after dealing with the Rude attitude I finally broke told him never mind and walked out the store. I understand having to walk all the way in the back for a second time would’ve been tough, but I’m pretty sure that’s part of your job. So I would like to thank the gentlemen on tablet 34 for completely ruining what should’ve been an exciting day for a new phone and smart watch. The problem I find now is walking out of the store, i look up and see Verizon wireless right there and after this whole ordeal, I’m ready to switch to Verizon. I’m not asking for your sales people to wait on me hand and foot by any means I’m just asking to make me feel like spending money at your establishment. I can tell you now I will not step another foot in that store and it’s making me question ever giving another dime to AT&T.

Like others have said, I WOULD AVOID THIS STORE! They are either straight out liars or completely incompetent. Stopped in after almost purchasing a IPhone 13 online for my son. Website said it’s in stock at this location. So I figured I’d go in and purchase locally to support local employees. Once I walked in and told them what I wanted an employee behind me who appeared to be a manager informed me they didn’t have any 13’s and haven’t had any for months. Suggested if I wanted a 13 to order it online but said who knows when I I’d get it since many are still waiting. I said ok what do you have that’s close to the same deal. Ethan K. said I can get an IPhone 15 Plus for $12 per month. I said fine. He proceeded to charge my card. So while he’s setting up the new phone I check my email to see if I received the receipt email for the phone. That’s when I noticed instead of $12 a month it was $16. 33% MORE!!. When I brought it to his attention he basically was unphased and said “oh yeah it must have updated” HUH?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?. Then he said I could return it for $55. It was like it was normal operating procedure. “Oh well” and “that’s too bad” attitude. They have one job, know the price of what your selling. Bottom line “ I’d recommend buying online”

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. they will not try to help you with your problem even in the slightest and the employees are rude and don’t do what they say they will. They will waste your time and then give you attitude. You’ll have better luck at a different location or just calling AT&T customer service.

Jeremy was super easy to deal with. Upgrade process was transparent and efficent. No pressure, no schtick just a comfortable transaction that was easier, a ton easier, than cellular stuff used to be.

Have not had a bad experience at this location since I have gone here.I would highly recommend Jeremy as he was really helpful and I plan to ask for him when I inevitably upgrade.

I walked in and straight way I was told, “we can’t help you, you can come back tomorrow” not even knowing what help I needed. Like what customer service is that? Super disappointed because I’ve been in this store before and was amazed by the great service I got, but for sure not this time. How rude.

Mark was amazing!! he made the upgrade process so easy and was very knowledgeable about all the information that was asked. Very friendly and personable as well. I was thinking about leaving AT&T but having people in the store like Mark make it easy to stay.

Haven't been satisfied with my AT&T service, switched over today and NOTHING has been working right since. Switched over from Mint Moblie for better coverage and it's already been spotty. The app doesn't work either. Already considering switching back over to Mint. Sad that I paid more for this and not getting anything more. I'm getting less.
