“I only call the OP location even though I live in Tonawanda because they are GENUINELY nice and helpful people. OP is an uppity, real hoity toity kinda crowd so they are used to dealing with Karen’s. I’m not a Karen but I’d rather deal with nice people than the people at the Tonawanda branch who seem to have a problem for every solution.”
