Buffalo Harley-Davidson is a super nice and clean dealership with a great selection of bikes and gear. The business has been in the family for some time. The staff are the greatest, going out of their way to provide great service and great customer satisfaction. The service department is amazing, known for troubleshooting problems, performing complete inspections, and ensuring bikes are road ready. They take customers right in, find problems, and fix them right up, even for those visiting from out of town. The team works hard to solve issues and find hard-to-find parts, demonstrating a refreshing commitment to their customers. They are great people who make the purchase and repair experience a pleasure. The dealership is well worth the stop for its service, selection, and very cool collection of vintage bikes.

Troubleshot an intermittent starting problem and appears they’ve solved the problem. Haven’t had another occurrence since and the bike runs better as well, so a job well done. Very happy with Jack, the service manager, the diagnosis process and the outcome overall! Refreshingly to receive great customer satisfaction.
