“From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.

“I went through CARSTAR for a geico claim/repair and could not be more satisfied. They were extremely communicative and quick. They proposed that they’d have my car 4 days and it was only 3. Also, when I picked it up, it had been completely washed and detailed which was not at all expected! Definitely recommend and will use in the future if needed”

“Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.”

“I went here after I was hit by another driver. The workers were very communicative about updates on how long the fix would take, kept me updated every step of the way through phone calls and texts. When I got the car, it was very well done. They even vacuumed the car. Oh and I had some sap on my windshield that’s gone now! One gentleman even helped me carry my son’s heavy car seat from the rental to my car. Great folks.”

They detailed the car very nicely after it was done. Overall I was happy with Gerber and I would recommend them. I feel bad because their Carwise website review said that I only gave them a half of star. It didn't give me the option of how many stars to give. I hope this makes up for that. He fit me into the schedule immediately, which I truly appreciate since my work keeps me so busy. They delivered top-quality work quickly and even finished the repair ahead of schedule. “We always come here for yearly NYS Inspection. I was 3 days overdue (whoops) and got here just before 8 AM when they open. I was first in line! This was one of the best experiences yet. Car was done by 8:15! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who took care of us, but he was very professional and polite.”
“Great experience with Safelite. Only reason I couldn't give them a 5 star is because it's very difficult to get ahold of an actual live person, as it seems to be nationwide automated service. That can get annoying and frustrating. But otherwise, our experience was great!”

Process was pretty confusing for me as this has never happened but Ventura’s was super helpful and Bonnie was patient with all my questions. They also did a great job repairing.
