I only call the OP location even though I live in Tonawanda because they are GENUINELY nice and helpful people. OP is an uppity, real hoity toity kinda crowd so they are used to dealing with Karen’s. I’m not a Karen but I’d rather deal with nice people than the people at the Tonawanda branch who seem to have a problem for every solution.

Hands down the best bank in the western new york area! Always friendly and helpful whether you have $1 or $100000 in the bank. So convenient! Some of the best interest rates and banking options I have encountered.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I lived overseas, they were great with wire transfers and the like.
