We had a very sick cat, many tests, very costly however. They did pinpoint what the issues were. Medication and treatment recommendations made. We were contacted immediately once test results came through. The doctors were very patient and extremely knowledgeable . Make sure you have a credit card with you it will cost you but it's definitely worth it.

We were here with our Great Dane who started having seizures 2 months ago. The Doctor, Techs and other associates were very understanding and made sure all of our questions were answered.

My like Black Pearl, "Luna Mae" had to go to an emergency vet hospital first on Genesee St. near Transit Rd by the airport. She was acting sullen. Totally out of her normal. She posted as having a fever of unknown origin. Thank God all else was normal, blood work etc. Was referred 2 days after to Hanburg to this hospital. Was there another 2&1/2 days, Both hospitals performed a battery of tests on my furbaby.
Fever kept spiking over the days in the hospitals. She wouldn't eat, or drink. I prayed all day. I also visited her so she wouldn't think I had abandoned her. She's my heart ❤️ ? she is said to have made many friends among the techs, and vet. They kept up with me and called 3xs a day on her progress, and at nite they answered my calls and were so very caring.
Thank God I had the funds as it's no way a cheap cost. But glad to pay it for the attention she was given. I say I'd your pet is in need go here. You won't be sorry. Altho I'd paid the full amount, I was approved for a care credit account for any other time I'm in need of care for my furkids. I pray not, but its good to have. Took like 10 minutes to get approved. Not everyone has all the funds to get the care they deserve for their pets. So get it ahead of any issue so you're covered. It is worth it. Blessings to all furkids as they're our family.

My dog had to go for an echocardiogram. We met with Dr Hall. She let me stay with him during the procedure (He is always better if I am with him) He was excellent and did not have to be sedated. Very happy with Dr Hall and her staff

brought my pup in for a cut on her ear that was starting to get infected. i was hesitant because usually she is very reactive at the vet, but they were so patient & good with her! they provided the best care possible in cleaning up her wound while still making sure she was comfortable. all the staff were kind & compassionate :)

The care and compassion that we were shown during a very difficult time was very much appreciated. The staff and Dr. were extremely reassuring and took the time to explain each step of our dogs journey to us to prepare us for her passing.

Thank god for the staff and veterinarians here! I brought my dog here for an emergency because she was breathing very heavily not eating and barely drinking. Within an hour, they diagnosed her with a heart murmur and congestive heart failure despite her having a wellness check-up at Banfield Pet Hospital a month prior. They gave her some emergency medication and some prescriptions and my fur baby was back to herself the next day. If it was not for the people at this place, my dog would have died so I am forever grateful for their expertise and kind, loving nature. I recommend them to anyone who requires emergency care for their pet. I went for a follow-up here about 2 weeks after and they took x-rays and bloodwork and said the regime they gave her was working the congestive heart failure resolved itself and her kidneys were taking the medication. Thank you for all you do here and your love for caring for pets!!!! Thank you so much!

I love love love this place. The atmosphere was great. The staff is comforting. When my 14-year-old min pin had a stroke, the doctors called me regularly to keep me updated on his status. They called me to get approval of all testing they wanted to perform with a price before doing anything
when he was released They made sure I understood his aftercare.
and meds. I was already very impressed, but what got me the most was when I received follow-up phone calls from each specialist.
That took care of him while he was hospitalized. I know some of you are thinking a stroke. That's a lot of money in the answer to your thoughts are YES...., they are very pricey. But worth every penny. I recommend them very, very, very much. You will not go wrong with leaving your dog/cat in their care here.
