Lots of businesses and some restaurants, an ice cream/chocolate shop, a wine and liquor store, a furniture store, a supermarket, some banks and coffee shops (Tim Ho and Sbux) nearby! People can drive a little stupidly in this parking lot, but otherwise, it's great living nearby!

Shop here a lot. Sad they lost the soup restaurant. Strange way of sectioning the parking lot. They need to get the empty stores filled. Ex. T-Mobile,an Arby's .
