I have been to the Orchard Park location since they opened. For myself and my children if needed. I have never dealt with anything bad- the worst would be having a late night appointment and having no real selection of scrubs to wear for the test. That is NOT a make or break thing. I’ve been here several times, staff has been wonderful and accommodating, never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, im always early and have been called in before my appointment time, love it!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else
