“Such a fun, educational interactive garden centre and apiary. I also adore the cat, Luna. The prices are bit expensive. They do have a lot in terms of gardening books, all sorts of raw, local honey, plants, garden tools, and more. The honey set up in the shop is just so cute”

They make the entire process easy from start to finish, which is something I really value during the busy season. And their dog, Rex, is just the cutest greeter. I drive a bit to get here because their selection is that good. Beautiful, healthy plants, great prices, and just an all-around good vibe. “Purchased a Sterwartia tree for home; they had a beautiful tree which when we stopped later in the week to pick up was out of the ground, balled/basket/crown tied up with twine. We had a tarp which Brad expertly wrapped to protect the tree during flat bed transport. Best service (knowledge and assistance) I have ever had in 50 years of purchasing and transporting trees and bushes etc. Excellent selection and quality of plantings. If they are busy it is worth the wait, or go early on weekday.”

“My daughter and I were in to buy some baskets on the 13th of May. Not only do they have some of the most beautiful baskets but very courteous people working there willing to help. But I noticed on my receipt that they had neglected to charge me for one of the baskets so I called them and I was told very graciously thank you for calling in, enjoy the basket and did not charge me. I would definitely suggest visiting this greenhouse for your summer time flowers and vegetables. My daughter and I will definitely be back, Thank you for a happy Mother's Day basket! Teri Thomas!”

“I bought an Elephant Ear plant from this greenhouse a week ago that was a little bit taller than my hand. This is the result of just putting it in front of a plant light everyday. I had to move it outside today so it wouldn't take over my bedroom. 10/5 stars, would definitely buy from here again.”

“We love the firewood there. Great price. It burns great in our fireplace at home. Dry stored, seasoned, no huge snap crackle pops, perfectly sized small or large log pieces, depending on your chimney or fire size. We have a face cord out back at the fire pit, but we always pick up a few bundles on our way in for our less frequent, smaller indoor fires. $8.99 is well worth it. Please don’t raise the price guys. We think it’s a good deal for everyone, especially those of us who have been going there for decades now. Thanks again. See you soon.”

“One of my favorite trees aka pink flowering tree was on sale for $20.00 which made me very happy. The sales guy at the checkout (outdoors) (sucker that I was LOL) told me that if I apply for a Home Depot card that I would receive a one time discount of $25.00 for my purchase. Well that’s just what I did because now that pretty tree that I wanted cost nothing. We’ll see how it all pans out in the future but it sounded good at the time… That employee probably got a pat on the back for another credit card sale and I got a tree …..are two positives at least. Happy earth day vibes to everyone.”

“I had planned on just re-mulching my front garden, but after much consideration, decided to add a retaining wall around it. I needed 72 blocks total, and after finding a pallet that was half-full (I added a few to make it have the 72 needed), I asked if someone could please get a forklift to load the pallet into my truck and save me loading a cart and unloading them into my truck one-by-one. Luckily for me, a forklift driver was available, and they were able to do just that! Shout out to Dominic, who because the forklift ran out of propane mid-way through the process, had to carry the propane cylinder all the way to the back to refill it, just to carry the full tank back— now THAT is excellent customer service!”

“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
