Orchard Park Family Practice is a welcoming and caring medical office. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and wonderful, treating patients with respect. The process from making an appointment to the visit itself is smooth. The doctors and PAs are good listeners who acknowledge concerns, provide a clear picture of health issues, and offer excellent, up-to-date medical advice and appropriate treatment. Patients feel safe, secure, and relieved to find this practice, knowing they will have solutions by the end of a visit. Many have been with the practice for years and are totally happy with the level of care, noting the providers are invested in their health. The practice makes transitions easy and welcomes patients back warmly.
