Soooo the orchid park inn oh where to start. So we show up and there’s just nobody there and we are then told the room we booked through Expedia is no longer available as they overbooked… weird right. Very angry staff and grilled facial expressions just overall not the place to be.

Owner behaved horribly with our family. We book a room on the same day before few hours through Expedia and entered the reception to check in at late night. He told that he can’t find the details but as it was late night and we have old people along with us we asked him to doible check about the booking as we received the confirmation but he spoke badly and told that we didn’t trust him even when we requested to provide us any available room, but he don’t want to give and did verbal abuse to men in my family including me who is a lady by saying more than 5 times fu..k off and and threw us out and shut door on face. People with behavior issues are dangerous to customers. We were struck on road for a long time without doing any mistake apart from trusting the Hotel and Expedia pages. Very painful experience to my entire family. Please save yourselves from him.Noteworthy details: Owner used abusing language and was very rude at our family.

It was around 12 AM and we have older couple with us. We requested him to check again but he played victim card and told that we didn’t trust him. We pinged expedia and asked him to provide another room and we told that we will pay but he told I will not give and I don’t wnat to give to you. When we tried to talk more he came on us and violently started rushing towards us 2 men and me who is a lady out of door by yelling fu..k off many times and closed the door on face. We got a replacement room with additional payment from expedia but being non-smokers we had to struggle in smoke smell filled room.

Even when we requested to provide us any available room, he told that he don't want to give us and did verbal abuse to men in my family including me who is a lady by saying more than 5 times fu..k off and and threw us out and shut door on face. It didn't make any sense to us. People with behavior issues are dangerous to customers. We were struck on road for a long time without doing any mistake apart from trusting the Hotel and Expedia pages. Expedia spoke to him but they are supposed to remove the listing from their page. I will not use Expedia anymore. When all other sites have below 2 star rating, Expedia showed 4.1 rating by 63k customers and we trusted it. I am having trust issues on Expedia's ratings. Very painful experience to my entire family. Please save yourselves from him. He plays victim card about race even if we are of same. That is funny to hear.

The owner is a viloent behaving person. He abused and used bad words to my family including old people and pushed us out just because we asked him to double check about our booking that we made through Expedia. He was very rude, spoke in a shouting manner when we entered to check in. We got confirmation about booking but he don’t have the info. We asked him to see if he can get any details about it but he told to us to fu..k off more than 5 time. Being a lady I felt very bad and our entire trip got disturbed with his abusing behavior. He even yelled at Expedia agent when he asked him about the issue. Never go to this motel.

Horrible was in the room 5min and seen how unclean the room was asked for refund they wouldn't so had to call the police who came and said it's condemned and it's a city matter yhe police went with to get a refund I only hot half backDon't go there

Booked on Expedia because I needed an extra night before visiting family in WNY. Checked out twenty minutes later. This place was like if the Bates Motel hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. The first room had a defective fire alarm beeping constantly, spider webs in the door frame, and moth cocoons in the curtains. I got a key to a second room, also had a defective fire alarm, reeked so badly of cigarettes it made me nauseous, and had cigarette buts smashed into the carpet. I wouldn't even let my kids use the bathroom it was so dirty.

Stayed here for a couple of months...owner and his wife were very hospitable and accommodating ...highly recommend! I will stay here every time I am in town on business...great personalized service that you don't get at the major hotels

Also got stuck in the blizzard and this motel probably saved our lives. Owners were friendly and proactively plowing the parking lot during the blizzard.The room certainly could have used more upkeep and cleaning however it was better than nothing.

Our room was clean & warm.Outdated for sure. We got stuck in a blizzard, everything else was already full. Happy to have a room for the night. Could use better upkeep though.

They have top of the century dirty carpets, modern broken into old mattresses, vintage style picture tube TV's and new style cracked and patched bathrooms in every room! No other place can beat this one unless it is abandoned! Independently owned so they can even update the place using any chain look!

Stolen property was present; non-working safety device in the room. Non-working TV remote, curtains full of holes allowing light in; just a really dirty place. Clothes hanger let on AC unit from past quest... not mine... They don't really clean the rooms. AC unit from the 80's likely never cleaned. It is close to Niagara Volleyball facility, and does have running water.

Oh my God I had never seen dirty motel like this ever , months it didn’t cleaned up and no hot water for shower , no fridge, cooler is from many many years ago with sounds you can’t sleep.The Buffalo city doesn’t have any health department to check the motels and give permission for working.

Please Do Not Stay here! It was so filthy! The cobwebs, dust, mold tells me it hasn't really been cleaned much. No hot water! The mattress has never been changed it was so hard. Owners really didn't seem to care how it was, hey they already have their money! I have nothing positive to say.
