We've been taking our Goldendoodle, Kona, to OP Pet Spa for about two years and couldn't be happier! He loves visiting and always looks stunning after his groom.
What impresses us most is their exceptional care with anxious pets. Our nervous Australian Shepherd receives patient, tailored attention, ensuring his comfort and safety.
They don’t rush the pets and will give breaks as needed which really sets them apart from other groomers.
I highly recommend OP Pet Spa for their skilled, compassionate grooming services!

Awful. Made an appointment, they had to reschedule at last minute because groomer was sick. OK, things happen. Appointment next day, no one there, 10 minutes late. Finally showed up. Told me 3 hours. Never called so I went there to check after 3 hours. My 13lb dog still wasn't finished. I was the 1st appointment. There was another dog on the table. When I asked why, I was told that dog was in a bad mood. Unacceptable. I just took my dog & was charged $39 for a bath. I'm a reasonable person but this this was a horrible experience. Plus the place smelled of cigarette smoke & not very clean. Avoid!!!! You have been warned.

I can’t explain how pleasant my experience was with Orchard Park Pet Spa. I brought in a pet who came from a tough situation and was in REALLY rough shape. They took him with open arms and spent so much time taking care of him. I am so deeply grateful for what they did for me and the pup. Best groomers I’ve ever seen!

Orchard Park Pet Spa did an amazing job with our dog Maisy! She had never been to a professional groomer before and I was worried she might be stressed, but when I picked her up she seemed happy as could be! I can tell they treated her with the absolute best care during her appointment. Her groom also turned out great, she looks so pretty! We definitely will be back :)

Worsted place ever wouldn’t let me go in with my dog and then said he was vicious lol no way he is the most loving dog ever didn’t trim all his nails will not take him or any animal there They shouldn’t get even the one star

Will not be going back to this place rude an weird and told me my dogs was aggressive he's a tiny dog secondly I've been taking him to places to get his nails cut an never had a problem with anyone else ever.the problem is them very weird and sketchy
