My parents up until a couple months ago lived at Quqkertowne for over 20 years
I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to them. They were in their 90's so there were things they needed help with from changing a light bulb to putting hand rails in the tub. When they called for anything they were there that day. They need an airconditioner, oven replaced through the years it was within a day or so. Having them live there was a Huge comfort to the family
Always pleasant and willing to please
Thank you!!!

I have nothing but praise about this apt. Leah in the administration office was very friendly and really attentive to my questions and requests; her customer service was second to none. Maintenance personnel was also very friendly, and my maintenance requests were met in very timely manner which made me feel truly comfortable and happy. I have moved to FL recently, but if I move back to the area, I’d absolutely choose this apt. I loved the apt, and more importantly I felt safe and happy there. I’d recommend this apt to anyone.

We lived at Quakertowne for about a year and a half, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Leah was extremely responsive in the leasing office whenever we had questions, and we had no real complaints or issues. The walls were nearly sound-proof and all our neighbors were friendly. We moved into a cat-friendly apartment between our first and second year, and they were so awesome at finding us the perfect place. We then completely lucked out on buying a house a lot quicker than we expected, and they were reasonable in allowing us to end our lease early. We highly recommend choosing to make Quakertowne your home!

After living here for nearly 10 years, my husband and I are being threatened with being thrown out because an unknown tenant in our building has begun complaining about a problem that management has decided is our fault. They are wrong. They don't care - have no desire to find the genuine cause. Now we are facing a forced traumatic move, given we are both elderly and both suffer from physical disabilities. I am in shock at how heartless we are being treated. Apparently silencing a complaining tenant is more important to them than the peace of mind of another innocent tenant. So cruel.

I lived at Quakertowne apartments for a little over a year, and absolutely loved it. If I hadn't been moving out of state, I definitely would have stayed longer. The office staff is kind, professional and quick to respond. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few small issues that required maintenance during my time at Quakertowne, and they were always there within 24 hours and had the issue resolved. The apartments themselves are quiet and comfortable. I never heard my neighbors at all while inside my apartment. After looking at several complexes after Quakertowne I've realized how impressive the office staff is in comparison. They made both the moving in and moving out process completely seamless. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent maintenance service Quakertowne Apartments team provided at 70 Hunters Ridge Road. Leah listened and understood my concerns and took timely action to have the needed repairs scheduled per my availability and convenience. I was very impressed by the quality work Sean did, all repairs were promptly accomplished, with attention to detail, with great care and professionalism.

We were at Quakertowne Apartments in Orchard Park for two years, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The grounds were well kept and the apartment was updated before we moved in with new flooring and appliances. Our leasing agent Leah was a true professional. She was knowledgeable, competent. kind hearted and always responded to any concerns we had in a timely matter. Overall there was a feeling of being at home during our time there. For someone looking to get into a quality apartment, in a nice area, this would be a great option to consider. Chris M

Update to my original review left 3 months ago.. We've been at Quakertowne for 1 year now and while we are content for the most part (we renewed our lease for another year) I think there are a few items worth noting - 1) rent increased by $25 after the first year 2) laundry facilities are only so so - $1.25 per wash cycle, $1.25 per dry cycle and your clothes won't come out totally clean. 3) the walls are paper thin (don't let them tell you otherwise, you can hear your neighbors yawning) 4) after a full year we've had no access to the work out facility that the complex advertises (yet our rent still went up) 5) my electric bills during the summer months were $150+ (the bill amounts were verified to be accurate thru NYSEG. Note there are only 2 ppl living in this apartment, both working full time. That's a crazy high bill.) 6) the parking lots are soo close to the apartment buildings. Although I'm in an upper rear apartment, we face the parking lot and there is just constant noise with people coming in and out. Also we have a neighbor who likes to come home late (after 10 pm) and sit in his car blasting music outside my bedroom window. The office staff has always been extremely attentive and responsive. I've had no issues any time I've reached out. I really do feel that this complex is nicer than a lot of the complexes in this area, especially for the price. I just wish the woman who showed me the complex before signing my lease didn't try to act like the walls are sound proof and that the laundry facilities are top notch (note - I don't believe this woman still works for Quakertowne bc I haven't seen her since)

Me and my 2 teenagers love it here. Anytime there's an issue, the office peeps are all over it right away.

They do a way better job here with maintenance and landscaping crew than any other property tri-city owns and other apartment communities. Worth the price!

My fiance and I enjoyed living here. Overall a safe, quiet community with great neighbors. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner. Management effectively dealt with any issues we had. Only downfall is a building of 8 units shares one washing machine but we never had any issues with it. We would have renewed our lease if we didn't relocate to Florida for medical school. Recommend

My husband & I have lived at Quakertowne Apts. for eight years and are very pleased with the aspects and amenities offered. We know that nothing is perfect but management works constantly to meet everyone's expectations. John is a member of the maintenance personnel. He's very polite, friendly and customer oriented. No matter what the problem, big or small, he is well prepared to repair and always goes beyond. He's a keeper. Over the years we've looked at other communities but none have compared as well as Quakertowne.
