I saw a review regarding being shorted on a medication and I was upset as I was missing 3 days of medication on a 10 day prescription. Also i have had to go without another script atleast 1 to 4 days each month for 3 months straight as I am told when picking it up that he had to order it this morning and would be in the following morning. I heard that for the next 4 days in a row. And before asking why I didn call first I will let you know I tried to call each day from open until 4pm with noone answering my calls each day. I am currently now trying to reach them as my blood thinners were sent over 2 days ago and I haven't received anything stating they were ready or there. I have decided I need to find another pharmacy

the pharmacists here are incredibly rude and have no concept of customer service. i called for a question about a refill of my prescription as my doctor messed up which pharmacy to send my prescription. because of this, i have been going through heavy withdrawal symptoms of my prescription which has made me incredibly emotional, light headed, nauseous, have terrible headaches and mood swings. the pharmacist who picked up the phone and talked to me was not only was incredibly condescending but wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and even explain that i’m currently at a danger to myself with the declining of my mental health in the absence of my prescription.

Pharmacy closes at 9:00 and at 8:04 went to pick up a prescription for my granddaughter and it was closed.

Made an online appointment for a Covid and flu vaccination the only time available was for 8pm. Arrived at the store at my appointment time 8PM. The pharmacy appeared closed, but I went to the back of the store and there were 4 employees in the Pharmacy behind the screen, no customers. All personnel told me there is no way I had an appointment. One employee stated, I know you don't have an appointment because I went in and deleted all of them. Awesome. Told me I had to produce the confirmation number to prove I had an appointment. I could not. Awesome. Could one of the 4 showed a bit of compassion, recognizing that I clearly believed I had an appointment, truly had gone online to make it and must not have completed the process. Could they have just given me the vaccinations I needed? Truly not helpful and not even nice about it!

So I just had a procedure done and the doctor prescribed an opioid for aftercare. A weeks worth of pills. 24 total. I would keep an eye on the pharm techs… we were shorted 5 pills. I don’t like them because they make me super nauseous and my wife has never taken them even after her own surgery. You guys have a tech that may have a problem or is selling them. Beware. Sorry to be the messenger of this information

Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever used. A shame because it's closest to our house, but my goodness, there's almost always a problem and staff seems bothered to be waiting on you. And they shut down for 30 minutes every day in the afternoon?

I usually don't have any issues with getting my prescriptions, but today I did. I was told around 2:30 that my prescription would be READY in 30 minutes. I had other things I needed to do so I sent someone to pick it up for me. The person I had picking it up for me arrived after 4pm. They were told it wasn't ready yet. It'll be 10 minutes. That time passed. They waited in line AGAIN and was told AGAIN it wasn't ready. They said the man at the counter had a little attitude. We were finally able to get the prescription!Don't say it's only going to be a certain wait time and then keep saying it's going to be longer.

Visited May 23rd. 0523131082006034. Terrible Un-Caring. Unless Mandy is there nothing gets done. Had to repeat bd 3-4 times and name. Finally got my husband's script. Mine was called in on May 5th and May 6th. Claims they have no record. Had to ask pharmacy to contact Dr. No volunteer from them. Love Rite aide. Sorry I wasn't aware of the confusion.

Useless pharmacy. Customer service is terrible. Nothing but aggravation since we moved here 18 months ago with this contract pharmacy. Walgreens from this point on.

Really frustrating that I went to the pharmacy 20 minutes before they closed and the gates were shut, needed the medicine
