Spectrum as a company overall is terrible. We had one of the laziest installers ever employed. he was over 3hours late, poor attitude and lacking the proper tools to do his job and would not communicate with us.
Lied about the availability of places to install the cable feeds .a short upkeep person named alex. Looking to leave

I am writing to express my frustration with the terrible treatment I received at the Spectrum location in Orchard Park, New York. After being told by Spectrum’s customer service that there was no store in Hamburg, and finding none listed on Google, I went to Orchard Park.
From the moment I walked in, the representative was rude and curt. She immediately told me she was busy activating phones, the only one working, and that I should leave and find another location. I explained I had gotten a ride and was willing to wait, but she repeated multiple times, with a dismissive tone, that it would be a long wait. At no point did she greet me, apologize for the delay, or speak one kind or courteous word to me.
When my father arrived, she told him we shouldn’t wait and insisted we go to another location. When I said there wasn’t one in Hamburg, she rudely contradicted me, claiming there was a store near Michael’s and responding with an attitude when I explained Spectrum had told me otherwise.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. The representative was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I have filed a complaint with corporate and will be exploring other providers like Verizon. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect.

If I can give this company zero stars I would. The spectrum app is always down therefore I can never use it. They are always losing channels due to contracts expiring. Over priced but only one available at my apartment.

There was only one employee working at the time. I waited in line for 10-15 mins just to drop off equipment. When the employee finally acknowledged me and asked if I'm just dropping off? I said "yes". She said "I'm just gonna have you take that to UPS". Since I don't have return labels, I said "I'll just throw it out". She then got snippy with me and said "you'll get charged". I said "whatever". Still snippy, she said "it'll go to collections". That's when I walked out. What a joke of a company.

Found out this store is closed on Saturday after being told on the phone by spectrum to go there to exchange faulty equipment!
