I have never seen a Starbucks so busy, but I walked in & the staff greeted me with smiles. They thanked me for their patience & took my order as soon as they could, even when I told them that I could wait.

Starbucks on Orchard Park rd in Orchard Park:seriously disappointed with quality of drinks anymore. I have been there twice in the last week and both times my order was unsatisfactory. when I kindly questioned it the excuse is well you have been waiting in line this happens. really for what these drinks cost that is no excuse. it's as if they are premade for fast food service yet you still wait. I know how the drink is to be as I have ordered it many times and never had this issue so maybe youre just cutting corners now. I am very dismayed and feel I have to take my business elsewhere that actually cares.

This location has one of the most positive and upbeat atmospheres! I like to start my morning here because all of the batistas have a contagious positivity, which is as refreshing and energizing as the coffee they serve!

I think the nicest people ever work here. I come here all the time and the staff is always friendly, amazing, and so sweet. There's been times where I've gone there in very stressful and bad days and the staff themselves paid for my drink. So so nice. I hope they all get raises :)

9 out of 10 times my drink does not taste great.I’ve never seen barista’s rush through drinks so quickly. Honestly, the volume here is insane so I imagine that’s why they do the way they do, but the drink tastes like it’s not worth half of what they charge for it. My go to drink it’s the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The way they make it here is not the same as they make it at the other stores(I don’t think they stock the right ingredients), so I switched to a caramel macchiato with oat milk, but that doesn’t even taste right anymore. I get a custom without the vanilla syrup and most of the time they put the vanilla syrup in anyway. I generally drive away with a Coffee that is disappointing, and then go home to make myself a coffee. I have done this at least a dozen times. I don’t know why I keep coming back. In fairness to them, it is ridiculously busy. It must be stressful place to work. The atmosphere is great and if you come during the time that is not rush-hour, the coffee is usually pretty good. But if you come during the rush, you will likely be disappointed.

My husband studies here frequently. Today I went with him and a barista gave us new chocolate cake pops to sample. Five stars.Wheelchair accessibility: Sloped curbs, even doorway. Some tables can be used with wheelchairs but none are marked with the sticker

i had a lot of hope for this place but i have been disappointed so many times. i don’t necessarily blame the baristas, i mostly blame the corporation.they 1) wont hire experienced baristas because experienced baristas know their worth2) undertrain baristas3) understaff storesidk how many times i’ve gotten a soy frapp without whipped cream because i cant have dairy - only for them to put whipped cream on it. or how many times the drink i was given was a huge mess and they were out of napkins. missing ingredients, underblended drinks, etc.is it the baristas faults? no, they are the ones in a small working area with not enough people for the volume of customers. they are the ones not being trained properly.how do i know all of this? unfortunately, experience. my own, friends, family. i give up. as a former barista i like to go in and be enthusiastic and encouraging, and leave super good tips. but i’m done.
