I try to avoid Tim Hortons now. Unfortunately, it was the only place for breakfast. Terrible service. Food taste awful and they didn't get order right.

Service sucks, food taste like microwaved crap, had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru that I waited in line for almost 20 minutes when there was only 6 cars infront of me.. the list can go on and on. The coffee isn't even that good. Come on Timmy's ...do SOMETHING right for once.

The only time I've ever written a review but I went in for a simple coffee mocha and got something so watered down and flavorless I spit my first sip out and had to dump the rest. I'll go to Tim Hortons still because I've never had an issue at another one but for this one it might be better to just get the gas station coffee.

Ordered two coffees from drive thru. Nice large ordering screens, they were like televisions. Got a mocha ice cap and the new mocha cold brew. I was initially annoyed with a $7.81 bill, but upon talking with my daughter she explained the process of cold brew and Starbucks prices. I asked for a small cold brew and I think I received a medium. So that's a plus...I don't like sweet stuff so I said "no extra sugar". The mocha isn't that sweet, so it met with my expectations. A nice, refreshing drink for a hot day. The foam/cream on top stayed through the end of the drink, which I liked. I had considered mixing it in. Despite the price, I imagine I'll be ordering this again.

The store is supposed to be open until 8pm. But I'm there at 7:30pm and it's already closed. They seem to always start closing up early, and taking the donuts down before 7:30pm. I only have a half hour lunch and would have like a coffee and a donut. I will never go here again waste of my time.

I wanted like 3 to 4 ice cubes for to cool my coffee wanted to charge me 25 cents for a cup i dont like associates doing it the either add too much or too little once they added so much it was like ice coffee. Then the tables all had the red plaque indicating not cleaned. people sat at them. It was not busy it was 2pm. Not a table cleaned so much for that. then I went to do the survey to complain. it Timed me out and did give me enough characters to finish. I went to website could not find any comment section or way to contact customer service......This is my first time I have used Yelp and my last time at Tim Hortons...

I ordered a toasted croissant. Boy did they toast it. I am having a hard time getting the taste of burnt ash out of my mouth. They definitely noticed how disgustingly burnt it was but said hey whatever let's give it to them anyways. Also my bagel tasted like it was sitting out for 5 hours. I've never been disappointed by a Tim Hortons so maybe skip this on and go to the one in town.

For someone who lives in Western New York, I am not a Tim Horton's fan. I do stop and buy items for my family however I do not partake. I stopped here at 4.30 this am. I ordered four items. I speak with no accent and I spoke clearly and slowly. It was a simple, drive thru order. No special requests. Everything as is off of the menu. It took two employees four times to get the order in the system. Even then the online order screen showed two items missing. Mentioned it, the order was corrected and I thought I was good to go. I arrive at the window where oftentimes one's dreams are smashed. Pay my bill and food is started being handed off to me. With reckless abandon. I have never seen a smaller bag than the one given to me today to hold my two plain croissants. I digress. One key item was MIA. I mentioned the rogue sammy and was met with a look of total confusion. Back up was called in, sammy was rounded up and order completed. Seriously??? Never again.

This place is near my office job so I come here often. The service is usually fast and the employees are very efficient and kind. If you're in the drive thru and you have to wait a bit, they usually apologize for the wait. If you come inside to order, they don't dawdle like other local Tim Hortons. They're on point. I will repeatedly return.

I am officially moving my review up to five stars because this Tim Hortons location keeps being far more impressive than my experience at other ones everywhere from the Southtowns to Downtown. Their drive thru lines move quickly and I can usually rely on everything being correct in my order and handled well (appropriate amount of cream cheese, things not undertoasted nor burnt, coffee made as ordered, etc.). The staff have never been rude or even disgruntled once. Recently I went inside (for the first time) and I was pleased to see how at least at a quick glance, that is was clean inside. I was also surprised at how much seating there was. Though Tim Horton's isn't the best coffee around, I won't lie and act like it isn't still a common go-to, so this location is one I can definitely appreciate.
