Just made my 7th vehicle purchase from Towne Auto Group, 2nd Ford. I have continued to shop other dealers but always end up back at Towne even though others are closer to home. No pressure, pleasure to work with and attention to detail.

I had a fast leak in my tire and got to quicklane just in time (12 psi pressure in the tire). They took excellent care of me, had me on the road in less than an hour and even checked and adjusted the pressure in my other 3 tires. A fantastic experience

Patrick the manager was great to work with. I had brakes done and new tires put on. They were honest on condition of all brakes and only suggested changing the rear. Work was done on time and the vehicle was left as clean as when I dropped it off. The cost is on par with other shops. The work has always been quality. Would recommend.

The Salesperson was a little too text heavy with very brief responses to my questions. I was 2 hours away and purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. I’m an old fashioned person who feels more reassurance with an actual voice at the other end of the line. Other than that, very professional team, seamless transaction.

Pick up and delivery of my vehicle from my place of work saved me from losing time from work and having to take my car in to be serviced. Through texts they kept in contact, letting me know what was going on as in, my car arrived at the dealership, was done being worked on, ready to return, etc...Also the cost of service done to my vehicle was not unreasonable. I was quite pleased with the service and will definitely use it again.

I have worked with Joe Bauer in the purchase of of many cars.He is professional, kind and service oriented.This time he went above and beyond.He was able to facilitate the trade of two cars for one. He made this a very smooth process and was very aware of my ability to only be away from home for a limited time.Joe is the best.I would recommend seeking him out if you are looking for a vehicle.

Allie is an amazing sales agent! She helped me get a payment that I could afford, with the vehicle I wanted. She also did the legwork before I came in to pick up the vehicle. I was only there for about an hour, which is way less time than I have ever experienced. It was very refreshing! Nobody should ever have to wait around for hours. She was very respectful of my time. Thank you Allie! You're the best!

I purchased a car. It was damaged receiving a scratch and dent prior to pick-up on the following Monday. I was run through the purchase inside and brought out to get the car and noticed the damage. There was no offer to just repair the damage. I was told the car was detailed and I am sure it was as I could see white wax all over the car on the black plastic. The interior of the car looked worse than when initially viewed with new scratches apparent in a number of places in the interior. The screen for the radio looked as if someone scuffed it up with abrasive paper. The remnants of this same paper was noticeable in spaces between the interior panel parts and worn into the leather. In all the car looked better before this detail and did not have a scratch and dent on the left side when I agreed to the purchase. In all the sales person was nice, and helpful. I am not happy that I was not told that the damage would repaired. It would also have been nice if I would have received an owners manual with the car but this is a minor gripe.

We walked in with a couple of vehicles in mind. We got paired up with Maurice Thomas, and he showed us the 2 vehicles we were interested in. After taking our second test drive, he said he found exactly what we were looking for, (an Escape Hybrid). The car had been special ordered, and the customer couldn't complete the sale. It was exactly what we wanted down to the color. Couldn't be more pleased with his efforts on our behalf. Also a special shout out to Trish in the finance department. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Towne has always been for our family an excellent place to do business. Everyone there is extremely courteous and understanding of our desires. I have never felt pressured to make a quick decision which is ones of the reasons that I have stayed with Towne for so many years. Extremely nice people.

This is for the towne Mazda and quick lane. We agreed we not to do full synthetic oil and then was quoted about 60$ for it. When the car was done he gave me a bill for 110 and said he had to put full synthetic in it. First he should have come out to discuss rather than make the change himself. And second I didn’t have that amount on me and wouldn’t have been able to leave with my car if a kind stranger didn’t give me what I was short. The principal of the matter is they do not listen to customers wishes and just do what they wanted. If he would have come out to tell me he wasn’t able to put the oil I wanted in the car due to regulations then I would have left without the oil change rather then to be made to look bad over 10$ since I didn’t have enough money. I will never use this place again and I highly recommend people finding a different location that is more honest and not so money hungry. I am very disappointed in the service and after using the associated Mazda dealer for all but my last 2 oil changes since I bought the car I don’t think I will ever go back there now and I’ve bought my car there but this has spoiled the experience. I’ve been going their since 2019.

Was in auto collision on February 4th didn’t get my car back til mid June. Not fixed, no inspection (because it was there for so long). Charging me to find out what is still wrong. Did nothing to try solving all the problems with my Lincoln mkc. Also has a recall that could burn my house down. Oh, and I work for FORD. Wonder how they would treat me if I drove a different brand!
