Zero stars!!!!!!! Absolutely useless workers here... Stood for like 20 minutes not realizing that you had to scan some stupid code in order to get checked in... Came to this location to drop off a phone for a trade in. Asked if we had any other questions or concerns I told the worker about some stupid popup that keeps popping up on my phone and asked how to fix it and he didn't even offer to look at my phone just told me that I need to call tech support!!! Seriously? Unbelievable useless workers! Very disappointed and unhappy with this visit and will not be coming back!

Danny was so helpful, and kept his cool even when other customers lost theirs. He made sure all of my issues were covered and answered all my questions honestly. I’m very appreciative of the service I received!

Cindy is a pos. Good luck getting any assistsnce as she'd rather put you on a phone with a representative from Malaysia then help you remedy a situation. She's there to make a sale and not support her verizon customers. 0 stars if I could.

Worst store I have ever been in.the blonde with the glasses older lady didn’t want to help me once so ever I had spent 5 hours on the phone with Verizon who sent me to the store and she didn’t wanna look at the notes didn’t want to help me and was rude and then proceeded to help another person waiting instead of waiting to finish with me.I reported her to Verizon headquarters cause no one that is a paying customer should have to deal with a person like that. The customer service representative from Verizon heard the whole conversation and was embarrassed that someone in the store treats customers like this.i will never go to this store again and avoid them at all costs!!!

Long story short... My phone stopped charging so I went to to see if it was the charger or the phone... The associate grabbed a charger from the back and I can see it's generating power to the phone but he tells me my charging port is fried... So I go grab a ten dollar charger at target and voila problem solved... My phone is a few years old but that associate had zero integrity...

Horrible customer service. I've gone into this store twice and each time it was a waste of my time.The first time, we needed help getting our billing fixed due to some issues on Verizon's end. They refused to help and instead directed us to call customer support.Second time I come in to ask for an unactivated SIM card (due to Verizon not being able to activate the eSIM on my phone)... And they tell me that they can't give me a SIM card without activating it for me in store. I just wanted to activate my new phone MYSELF online. So I left.And then guess what? I called the Verizon store on South Park Ave (the authorized retailer).. and they said yes we can give you a SIM card, it's no problem. They told me they have no idea why the corporate store couldn't.And you know what I thought was the most funny? The authorized retailer was way busier than the corporate store on Amelia Dr... that tells me all I need to know.

Danny is quite possibly the worst associate I have ever dealt with. Extremely disrespectful and downright rude at times. Unwilling to assist with finding a device for us, had to call corporate while in the store. Hid in the back multiple times during visit while on phone. Left store without help from associate.

Problem with my phone. Couldn't text or get calls. Danny took care of us and I am back on track! He was very patient and helpful.The only thing I am not crazy about is having to scan one of those QR codes to check in. My phone wasn't working so that was a bit of a problem. BTW you also can pay your bill at this location. Ask for Danny!Updated: Was waiting for Verizon to send a review but never got one.When my new phone and tablet arrived last week, actually very quickly, we had to go back to the store to transfer information etc. We were taken care of by a new staff named Serge.... hopefully I got it right?.... And he was very helpful and polite when the old phone wouldn't cooperate with the transition! He got the help from 3 other staff and they did the best they could. I lost some apps and information in them but we left with a functional phone and tablet! Great group of people there! Even walked us through the steps of sending back old phone and tablet. Happy to report all apps are back in my phone with info and functional! Tablet as well! Thank you to the team for your patience and for doing the best you could with an older basically broken phone! We definitely love the staff there and please ask if either of these two are there when you go there! Sorry boys, no Verizon survey again so I did Google! Much appreciated ? for all your help! Hopefully you won't see us for a while ?

I went to Verizon on July 10 and service was terrible. I have a phone now that is but on wrong number. Changed my plan said adding the new phone my bill would only be 1.62 more. Today got bill from Verizon my bill went from 260.00 to 403.00. I’m looking in to changing phone companies. Customer service is not good this place only cares about making money.

My wife went In Friday to add a new line and switch a few lines around on our current plan. Well after the sales person took over two hours to get stuff set up (still wasn’t done after 2 hours) my wife had to leave her phone and the new phone with the sales rep because my dog had a vet appointment he needed to be brought to and she had to go get him and bring him to. (Shouldn’t take over 2hours in the store for the phones) Anyway my wife ended up leaving the phones there for two hours. When she came back and got the phones they were finally done. However the next day on our bank account we see we had two $50 charges on our bank account for an app called vocal. We filed fraud charges and they told us it came at the time my wife did not have her phone that it was left with a rep at this store. So this store has a thief using ppls phones to charge their own personal stuff. That is stealing. I will be stopping in the store today after work to speak with a manager about this. We should be able to bring our phones into the store and trust your employees. Do NOT leave your phones with their reps!! They will steal your credit card bank card info and charge stuff with your hard earned money

Emmonie was wonderful. We had a complicated situation with switching around some lines from one plan to another. I give her customer service 5 stars, but the process took way longer than it should have- not her fault however. She was great throughout

We had an excellent experience this morning with a Verizon associate! Emmonien took a great deal of time explaining everything we needed to know about the iPhone 14 . I totally recommend this Verizon location and the remarkable associate. I am sorry if I misspelled her name.Sandra H.
