“Rina was very helpful during our wedding gift shopping experience. She is quite knowledgeable about all the products in the store, what they're made of, how they're made, and how they can be used. She is fast, ready to help, and takes care when retrieving, packing, and wrapping items. I would gladly seek out her service again when shopping here in the future.”

“Performed an excellent repair on a broken watch bracelet in addition to replacing a battery in a separate watch. I’ll definitely be using Aurum for my future needs.”

“My real name is Christine hanel. I just wanted to give the best possible review because I stop in once a week with a million different pieces, asking if they’re real, what the value is, and then I ask for various services like sizing, fixing, and cleaning. I annoy myself, basically, and everyone has been so patient, nice, and welcoming. I don’t feel like I’m bothering them, even though I worry about it, because I sometimes bring in low-value jewelry and they’re still happy to see me. Every time I come in for repairs, I don’t have to wait longer than a week, and everything else is always wonderful. The customer service is wonderful; they’re very knowledgeable and up-to-date. I just left the jewelers, and the only negative I could think of is that I wish I had more money to buy more jewelry from them. Christine Hanel”
