Jon and James were great. I really appreciated the transparency and their flexibility. John Davidson, the manager, was also very straight forward. When I took possession of the vehicle, Jon (James was off) went put of his way to make sure the vehicle (though used) was very much up to my standards, even going out of his way to clean the front passenger seat a second time to make sure a very small stain was removed. Thanks guys. Joanna was also great, making sure I understood all the ins and outs of the electronics and all the features of the vehicle. Making sure my android auto was connected even. Thank you.

I'm a newly single mom with 4 young kiddos so I was dreading the process of purchasing a new vehicle and dragging them to the dealership with me. But, Sam Lambert helped me EASILY get into my 2020 Kia Sorento. He was incredibly considerate of my situation and brought vehicles to my home to test drive and delivered my new vehicle to me. I was able to sign most of the paperwork electronically and the rest he brought to me at home when he delivered the car. He made it so easy to get into a new vehicle without having to spend hours at the dealership with my kids (though they do have a pretty awesome kids playroom). I'm very grateful and so happy with my new ride. I will absolutely be choosing West Herr for my future vehicles.

My salesman, Patrick, was helpful, no nonsense and responsive in communication. I was between a rock and a hard place with my car situation and he got me a deal I could live with and feel like I'd been taken care of. I'll be coming to West Herr Toyota for every vehicle I get in the future.

We were in a wait list for a RAV4 hybrid for 13 months ( no fault to the dealership ) Jim & John kept us posted and informed as we slowly moved up the list. We finally got the call that our car was in last week. They honored the deal they made with us 13 months later ( slight decrease in our trade in due at additional miles we added during that time) but we were pleased with we the deal. Kudos to the team for keeping me on track all week making sure we arrived with all the necessary papers to close the sale. This is our 6th vehicle we have purchased with West Herr in the past 10 years and our third with John & Jim and we highly recommend them!
