“BJ's Wholesale club is similar to Sam's Club and Costco. They have 210 locals in 17 states. My hubby is from Buffalo, NY and grew up eating Krakus imported Polish ham. Needless to say we bought a whole Krakus ham to take back to Oklahoma.BJ's Wholesale club offers discount membership active duty & veterans.Excellent customer service by the meat/deli manager.”

I admit I was a little short on purpose in a conversation with the manager. In return the manager was very calm. professional and did everything he could to take care of the situation. I haven't found customer service this is good in a while. Well done.”
“Purchased four Michelin snow tires . Made my appoint, arrived and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I Waited while the tires where installed and I was keep up to date. I was told around an hour or so. One hour later they car was ready. Checked out and was ask to come back in 50 miles so that the lug nuts can be double check to be re-torqued. Customer service is the best I have ever encountered for on-line shopping. Nancy and Sandy listened patiently to my questions, and made spot-on suggestions. There is a wide choice of colors, fabrics and styles. If in doubt, as I was, I ordered, for a dollar plus, a swatch card.
