Okay so where do I start I want to stress the importance of this statement THE FIVE STARS ISNT FOR FED EX AS A COMPANY. As a company you guys are horrible I wasted three hours of my time on Friday morning into the afternoon, waiting for my FedEx priority overnight package and then after the time it was supposed to be there spent countless hours with useless people who had no idea what they were doing They escalated it and then proceeded to not call me back then I called back for a fourth time they escalated again and luckily for you guys Regarding this review Were saved by the associate in this hub in a risky New York Kaitlyn, who was as sharp as a attack What she was doing handle the situation in less than 24 hours next thing I know she was calling me and I was picking up my package from her hand delivered to me I’ve been in customer service for 8+ years and if I was the owner of a company, she has all the qualities that I would look for So thank you Kaitlyn again for all your help. I hope that you’re higher ups read this And give you the appreciation And credit that you deserve for completely making the experience turn around for the better. A++++++++ service

They are closed from noon to 2 pm for lunch and that is not listed online.

Closed every day from noon-2pm. After a twenty mile drive I got to sit in the parking lot a good long time. All because the other FedEx Onsite locations don’t carry the FedEx envelops or paks. DO BETTER FEDEX!!!!

I hate to say it, but I can't think of a worst delivery service than FEDEX these days. I ordered a product for a client and needed it by a certain date, paid for expedited shipping, and NO, nothing has arrived as expected.
I live in a rural area and almost every package is delayed, I assume we are punished for living far away. Fedex should stop taking service payments they cannot commit to. I have filed a claim and will be listing a complaint with the BBB, too many times I have paid for expedited shipping and did not receive an item in time.
