Lovely place to liveTerraces on the Hudson is a wonderful place to live. The views and grounds are beautiful and the people are kind and accommodating. I feel very welcome and safe living at Terraces. The Hudson River and Bear Mountain in the background, just so peaceful and quiet. Everyone friendly. Hard to beat.

I love living here. It’s so homey and the community is great. The maintenance man, Eryul G. Is the best and so helpful! I’m so glad I live here and have all the help I need if something doesn’t work, he is always on it right away to help. I’m thankful and happy staying here!

Since the day we met Dave in the leasing office, we have been extremely happy! Dave and the entire team of employees have beenvery professional, helpful, and consistent! The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the pool feels like a resort! All the residence we’ve met so far, have been very friendly, welcoming!

We moved to Terraces three months ago and are so happy here. The apartments are beautiful with large rooms and huge windows that provide so much natural light. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, parking is excellent and it is very peaceful and quiet here. Cannot wait to enjoy the pool this summer.

Good service and well maintained grounds. Fitness facility is good as well. The pool maintenance is up to par. The maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The maintenance staff is pleasant to work with and totally professional.

We recently relocated to the area and were looking for somewhere to live that needed to meet our very specific requirements. As we searched around, nothing quite had the same charm as Terraces. In addition, all the staff from leasing to maintenance make it truly great!

Terraces on the Hudson truly feels like resort living. The property is immaculately maintained, surrounded by a sprawling nature preserve. Every morning I wake up to birds chirping, and each night provides views of a gorgeous sunset over the Hudson. The property offers an abundance of exactly what I left Brooklyn to find: peace, quiet, and hassle-free parking right at my front door. Management is professional and responsive. The pool is pristine and heated just to the right temperature. The gym is spacious, well equipped, and well ventilated. This is a professionally run, family-friendly place that treats its residents like they matter.

Thanks again to the Maintenance team for addressing my issue today in a timely manner!!July 2, 2021: We have been here about six months now and are very, very pleased with our overall experience at Avalon Ossining. Location is great...close proximity to shopping, walking trails, the Hudson river & Metro North station. The community is beautiful with a pool, gym, and community center. Everything is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The maintenance team is "top-notch"!! Our leasing manager, Nicole, has been a great communicator since Day#1 to ease our transition from NYC. Kudos to Avalon for the great overall job!!! We highly recommend Avalon Ossining!!

Avalon Ossining is very nice. It's located right on the Old Croton Acqueduct Trail, so you can go for a nice walk any time of the day. The facilities at the complex are also very nice and the staff is very friendly. Also, the rooms are spatious and new and its location is very convenient

The maintenance team at Avalon Ossining are fantastic. Jonathan Wilson and Ergul Guven do great work. On time, extremely helpful. No job is to big or to small. A pleasure working with them.

I have been living here at Avalon of Ossining for 7 years and the Maintenance team hear is very good I had flood in my apartment and John and his team did a good job in cleaning water up and replacing my carpet.
