PROS:
Driver is great! 5 STARS for him.
Came fast. 5 STARS
CONS: -1000 STARS
Owner is unprofessional, will take advantage of a person in dire need of help.
Overcharged by making up prices from the top of his head, saying he "rounded" them up. He charged me for 46 miles @ his $8 per mile rate, "ROUNDED UP" to $10 per mile, totaling $460. But, when I checked Google Maps, the ACTUAL mileage was only 38 miles, @ $8, which would have totaled $304!! He then said the Mario Cuomo Bridge was $20 when in fact it is $10.94 (it's a one way toll), for a Class 2L vehicle such as a FLATBED, stiffing me another $9. He also added another $10 for a toll he said was in NJ. (I go in and out of NJ a lot, so I am pretty sure this was a lot more than the actual also.)
Another $100 for "hook up", which he said he did NOT charge me for.
When I called him to verify his charges, he started yelling and screaming at me. At this point, I decided not to speak to him any longer and hung up.
I wonder though, if he yells at the men, or only the women?? Humm?
(I decided to text him my proof, and he blocked me and never replied. WOW!!!)
One more thing, read how he responds to the negative feedback. That says a lot about his character.

Totally Unprofessional. Came out to see my car being towed. Was told it was a mistake. When I questioned, I was cursed at and hung up on. This company should not be in business!

Did not receive any service whatsoever (which i was charged for), left a review on their website and now im continuously being harassed by THE SAME driver that tried extorting money from me when i was already dealing with something. He was cursing at me and denied anything he did. Would steer clear of this company at all costs!

I called them to tow my car and the driver told me he was going to be about 30 minutes I was out there for 4 hours in the pouring rain. Completely unacceptable service. Choose another towing company trust me.

Called Bob’s for a flat tire. My sister and I were stuck with 2 small children in the middle of nowhere. They quoted a 30 minute wait. The guy got there in exactly 30 minutes and was very nice, professional and helpful. I am extremely thankful to Bob’s for “saving” us!Service: Tire change

My car broke down and at first I used my Ford app to request a tow, but after 2 canceled tows and over 3 hours I called Bob. He had a truck and driver to my house in 35 minutes! And for less than Ford's vendor. Senator was a very nice guy in person and Bob was great on the phone. I can highly recommend.Service: Car towing
