It is very expensive to bank at Chase. However, they have a Notary Public on site in all of the retail locations and to my surprise they do not charge for this service even if you do not have an account with Chase. Kudos to them.

Bad bank. Rude people, long waits. Had to make a routine change to an account and was waiting patiently. Someone else walked in that knew the teller and they were helped immediately. I had to wait 45 min before anyone would help. They weren't the least bit apologetic when I brought up that I was there before the other people. Take your business elsewhere--I did after this.
