Hopefully there is no bank worse than Citibank. However, the Ossining branch has particularly unprofessional and poor service. The branch manager, Sandy Doran, disregards customer requests, ignores their emails and phone calls. Irresponsible and incompetent.

I was trying to double check the amount of the money left in the card before closing my account here. The front desk staff Joy showed obvious impatience and unpleasantness. Bad experience here

The Ossining branch is managed poorly. I must bank at hours when the branch is closed so on most occasions I use the drive-up machine. 1) AFTER I have deposited large checks and push the button for a receipt, the machine states it can't print a receipt so I am forceed to leave with no record of my deposits. 2) Many times I go to the same machine and withrdaw cash and it states after the transaction that it can't print a receipt. 3) Often it has a message when I drive up that it is out of cash or it can't accept checks or only can dispense $50 bills. 4) Whenever I call the branch for speific information, no one at the branch ever answers. I always get transferred to an overseas rep. 5) At normal hours (not lunch) the lines get very long and there is only one teller is on duty - even though there are other tellers and managers floating about. This is an unacceptable way to run a bank and reflects badly on the corporate name.

Don't get me wrong I love banking with citibank. But this Ossining branch needs help. I went in to open a account with Ali never got back to me very Unprofessional. Booked a online phone appointment with Sandy she never called. This branch need to get it together. Very very very disappointed. Thier lost not mine took my business to another bank

I’m baffled as to how Citi bank in Ossining racially profiled my brother. He came in to withdraw his own money and instead he was asked his social in front of everyone at the branch and then taking to the back. After 45 mins he was given his own money. No fraud alert was on his account so this was a shock and unwarranted. We are filing a compliant. This is unacceptable.

There's a phone number for the local branch but nobody ever answers it. They transfer you to an 800 number and which then gives you incorrect information...

Another example of a commercial bank stealing money as fee right and left. Don't trust the banker in there. I opened senior citizen account with my parents which is free of monthly service fee. First two months we're fine and then silently they charging $12 fee every months to the seniors stealing their money. Went to bank. Get it reversed and got assurance that it's a mistake and won't happen again... But it's happening every month. They are incompetent. Low staff. Long line most of the busy morning. Only plus is numbers of ATM availability and a drive thru.

Rolando was a great help! I have gone to this branch multiple times over the past few years and very rarely received good customer service. I happen to come in today because I needed assistance that couldn't be done through the ATM. Rolando took his time and answered all my questions and had a pleasant demeanor.

This rating is specific to Peter Gallagher and Ann Marie at the Ossining wealth center We are not well to do folks (at least not anymore) yet we still get treated like we are the most important customers in the world. Peter's investment advice has always been spot on and an exact fit to our needs/desires. If you qualify, open a Citigold account and insist on Peter/Ann Marie as your reps.
