I despise this pharmacy. I've been trying to leave and transfer my prescription to another pharmacy for a month now. When I call them they say they'll handle it. The pharmacy that I've been attempting to transfer to says that this CVS ignores their calls. Still trying to leave.

Aug 2023, I went into buy a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide, their shelves are EMPTY. Then I wanted Mouthwash, and they only had a few bottles left on the shelf. I walk around the whole store and couldn't believe my eyes that most of the shelves were empty and not fully stocked. Honestly, what is going on with this CVS store, are they closing it down. I ended up going to Stop and Shop, in the same location. They were fully stocked with what I needed, and their prices were great. They even had lots of items on sale in the Drug and Beauty isles. If I were you, don't bother stopping in CVS, just drive in the back to STOP and SHOP, the whole store is clean, wide isles and FULLY STOCKED. Hopefully CVS Corporate Office is reading this review and you get a rep to see what is going on at this location.

Horrible CVS - they are fast becoming a third-world drug store. The staff is fine, but the place is frankly gross: 1/ dirty entrance with gum stained sidewalks (think old 7-11)2/ overhanging trees and overgrown landscaping with a pot marked parking lot3/ due to staffing cuts- the drive through is closed and not even well posted that is closed - does anyone care to put up a chain or a permanent sign4/ the carpet is dirty 5/ the over-the-counter prices stink unless you know which items are on sale or have a coupon 6/ the pharmacy typically has a line queued up in a retail aisle now that the drive through is closed 7/ it is not uncommon to hear 4 or more pharmacy telephone calls announced as being on hold. Are they trying to go out of business, is my town undeserving of a nice, clean well staffed drug store?

This location isn't my favorite but the staff is always super friendly. As soon as you walk in you're greeted and if you run into trouble at the self check out their there to help you ASAP. And theres always a good sale. I got Gatorade $2 for 5 and candy bar 2 for $2.25

Their are systemic problems with CVS and this store.1) called to tranfer a prescription from NYC to Ossining. Would not allow me to do on-line, called the local store, they were able to do the transfers and indicated that it would be ready for pick-up after 2PM, 2 of 3 scripts were not ready because they did not have. Staff indicated that it would be in the following week. Asked why they said it would be ready after 2PM, staff checks stock during "production".2) phone calls are not a priority, both times I was standing there, phone was ringing and nobody picked-up. Called back after visit, experienced same.3) somehow (2) profiles were established for me. Asked if they could be combined. refered from pick-up window to drop-off window and after giving them the info, indicated it was done. IT WAS NOT. Another call to the store.24hr store hours is good, but need to perform when they are there. In search of a better pharmacy.

I haven't done a yelp review in so long - but this is how irritated I am.I scheduled a COVID PCR test online. It says drive through is recommended but not required. Because I am here for work and without a car, I went inside. The pharmacist (I assume that's who they were because they were the only one wearing a white lab coat) said I could not get a COVID test without a car. I asked what they did for people needing tests but didn't own a car? Pharmacist said they don't get COVID tested. I asked if they could ask someone else to help them figure this out, and a tech came up and offered to test me. I could hear the pharmacist in the back bad mouthing me to other techs. I moved from the consultation window to the register and told her I could hear her speaking about me. She repeated people without cars can't get COVID tests. The tech told me to walk outside to the drive through for the test and to drop the sample in the box. I walked around and was greeted at the window by the pharmacist who blocked the tech and said I would not be given a COVID test. I went back inside because I needed some Benadryl and bug spray, and was followed around by a CVS employee the entire time. ironically, when it came time to pay for my items, everyone disappeared. I have used CVS pharmacy for well over a decade, and myself and my staff use CVS for COVID PCR testing. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm willing to deal with long lines or items being out of stock, but not willing to put up with a pharmacist on a power trip. I'm appreciative of the tech for at least trying.

It's unreal how CVS and the workers expect their customers to check themselves out...I'm next on line and the cashier just walks away without saying anything. Unless I'm receiving a paycheck and benefits from CVS I expect to be checked out by a company worker.

Friendly, professional, painless and fast shot for the vaccine here. Very well-organized. It's a quick (10-minute) walk from the Scarborough train station and a 30-minute walk from the Ossining train station.

I was treated like a freaking shoplifter. I am pissed! I have spent my hard earned money with CVS for years and even supported them through the Pandemic only to be followed around isle to isle. While OTHERS are clearly shoplifting. I tried to understand what the heck gives Yosemary and Emily/Britney (whatever the heck her name is)it was sctrached off her name badge-the right to target me and I've been shopping at S. Highland Ossining CVS forever and never been racially profiled.

Terrible customer service. I just went to get formula for a new born. Jane, (maybe her name) told me: "you have to wait for someone else I'm on my break" ... Great manners! If you are on your break move away from the counter.

So I called last night to cvs on south highland Avenue in Ossining NY to ask if they have any more of an item. They told me "No we dont sell that brand here" I knew they were lying because I seen it when I went last week. I go there this morning. Big a** box sitting there! And even claimed she went to "Check" YEA RIGHT!
