Referred to me by family friends and I'm so glad they did. Vinny was great! Took me last minute and I truly appreciated that. Especially after he called to let me know that not only were my front brakes metal on metal, but my rear brakes also were bad. I will be back.

Been going to E&L for the longest time. Owners are professionals, very well priced, fair and straight to the point. They are not there to waste time as everyone’s time is valued. The turn around time on repairs is incredible considering the list of things I have left them to do on several occasions. They always call before repairing anything extra to give you an update if anything is found outside of your request. I love taking my vehicles to a very, very reliable shop that is 100% trustworthy at all times.

Went here couple of months ago and the owner gets really pressed when you speak Spanish with his workers/ he mentioned it that he don’t like/want anybody talking in another language specially Spanish because his customers will get scared and go somewhere else. It’s 2024 your shop has Spanish speakers, all I wanted was to practice my Spanish and he didn’t like that!!! Yikes !!!

I was able to drop my car off early in the morning before work for an inspection, they called told me what needed to be fixed and I approved the work over the phone. Called me the next day and told me it was done, I paid over the phone with no issues. Got my car back after their work hours with no issues.Thanks again guys!

I will not trust my vehicle with anyone else. I’ve been coming to E&L Automotive since I moved back to NY in 2015. Professional & reliable, I can’t recommend them enough. From oil changes & tire rotations to engine servicing/rebuilding and everything in between. Emilio & Vinny are expert mechanics and the best in their field.

Went inside to ask to use the bathroom and spoke in Spanish to the older Italian gentleman in the office because his worker spoke in Spanish. He said he didn’t speak Spanish and got offended I even asked. He said were in America so I should not be speaking in spanish..I was super respectful and said I apologize multiple times if he got offended and reassured him it was not my intention to offend him or anyone. He said why am I “ruffling his feathers” and told me to leave. I said have a good day sir, but really should have returned the disgusting attitude he had towards me. I am a darker skin tone spanish guy aswell, performing some engineering tasks right in front of his place. Had a flat tire on my car and was going to have it fixed here. Was honestly shocked by the blatant racist and condescending attitude this man had at 9am in the morning. If this is how he treats a regular person, I am appalled people even leave their vehicles in the care of this racist, horrible man.Service: Tires

I had a rattling noise coming from the front end of my vehicle and went to many auto repair shops in the neighborhood and they all gave me extravagant prices and diagnostics.I stopped by one day and mentioned my issue and Vinny said drop it off in the morning and I will let you know.He called back quickly and told me what the issue was and gave me a price.I also asked him to replace my transmission fluid and I had purchased the oil to do it myself and he said he would do it and charged me very reasonable. I will continue giving E&L business while in Ossining.John
