Sept 2022, Ossining, NY, came here because my friend uses this pharmacy all the time and raves about how nice everyone is who works here, plus the Pharmacist Tullio G. Bruno is wonderful. I have to agree with my friend this place is wonderful. I came here for my 2nd Booster Shot only after making an appointment online. The store inside is immaculately clean, and they sell a little of everything you could use. I rather support the local community then go to the big chain store line CVS. All and all, please come here instead of the big chain stores and support this local pharmacy.

They had what I went for. Expert pharmacist! Only place in area that can make compounds. They also can do pet meds.

My son's regular chain pharmacy didn't have his medicine in stock and since it was the weekend we would not have it until Monday. Since they were unwilling to find the medicine at one of their other pharmacies, and due to his medical condition we couldn't wait until Monday. I called Heath Smart and they immediately handled everything. Thanks to Health Smart's friendly and competent staff my son now has his medicine. Rey S.

Tullio and his staff have been great this past year completing covid 19 testing! I had to go once a week due to my job for over a year I wish I lived nearby so I could use this pharmacy all the time! Thanks for all you do Health Smart!!

I always come here for refills and usually the customer service is good I had a situationa few days ago. I was picking up a prescription and the lady in the front asked me something about my address and I said no because I just moved to another place. After that, she started me asking a lot of questions and she made me feel like I was lying and the prescription wasn’t for me and I just said listen I had a long day and I just can show you my drivers license but she ignored that and she kept asking questions. At the end, I called the manager and he apologized for the girl. ?

Tullio couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I can't say the same for his staff today . Even though my prescription was ready (I called first), there were three employees behind the front desk, there were only two other people in the store, neither of whom was getting a Rx, I don't understand why it takes more than 20 minutes to get a Rx from the back of the store to the front of the store. I'm in a high risk group (over 75, with a chronic condition) and this was the first time out of my house in 39 days. I did not want to stand around for a prolonged period in a store--any store.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for more than 15 years.The staff is simply amazing. When you walk in, you’re instantly a family member. At least that’s how I feel.
