DO NOT USE THEM!!!..BAIT & SWITCH!!! It would be Zero stars if it was aloud!!! I was quoted $350 to do my S-Corp and personal taxes after sending in two previous year's returns for that sole purpose. When I went in to sign off on everything for my 2024 returns I was charged $880 for my S-Corp and $134 for my personal (after a $200 discount only on my personal returns). If I had more time I would have walked out and went elsewhere!... Never again!!!

HR BLOCK top management makes it very hard to continue. It takes about an hour to start a new year. I keep getting asked what they already have on their system. Do they ask if the information is the same. NO.
Do they ask if I have moved, changed fields from last year, NO THEY MAKE ME ENTER IT ALL AGAIN. I CONSIDER THIS AN INSULT FOR MY TIME. THEY ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN ME!!!!!!!
Do they send me an easy to use link? NO. Top management is out to lunch!! Getting completed return is a horror show. Hard to review. User hostile features and insults make me mad every year.

Location and the excellent service provided by Edwina. Edwina has helped me as a retired teacher to avoid huge tax bills and suggesting tips to help in 2022 tax return. She is professional and goes above and beyond for clarification during the process. Edwina makes an effort to know me and my needs.I would highly recommend Edwina to complete your tax returns. Also, the welcome desk was very helpful and welcoming.I am a very satisfied customer to the Ossining H&R Block!
