Prompt and courteous service. Excellent and efficient installation of new muffler system on our 1997 Volvo. Terrific low price! Regret not having come here before trying 3 other repair places. This Meineke is the place for a whole range of repairs, not just mufflers. Louie is the superb manager!

Horrible, horrible experience! Will never ever come here again!
I called on Thursday, wanting to get regular maintenance and inspection for my car. I was given an APPOINTMENT on Saturday at 9 am.
I show up at 9 am on Saturday and park in a parking spot. I walk over to the lift area, and a guy motions for me to bring my car to one of the lifts. I bring my car there and wait for about 10 minutes while this guy works on another car.
Suddenly, another guy comes out of the office and starts yelling at the first guy, saying, “Why is this car on this lift? What’s it doing here?”
The first guy completely feigns ignorance and says, “I don’t know.”
The second guy then starts yelling at ME! Says, “What are you doing just bringing your car to the lift?! The machine is not working! What do you want?”
I could not believe this was happening! I have never experienced anything so bizarre before!
So I tell him, “I have an appointment today at 9 am! This guy told me to bring the car to the lift, so I brought it to the lift! What do you mean what I want?”
The first guy keeps feigning ignorance while this second guy keeps ranting while he walks over to the machine, saying, “Never, ever bring the car to the lift!”
Then he inputs something on the machine and says, “Oh, the machine is not working. We can’t do it today. Let me get your car out of here.”
Then he takes my keys and pulls the car out.
I ask him who the person was who gave me the appointment?! Why was I given the appointment in the first place if it couldn’t be done today?
And he just mumbles something about how the machine was working and isn’t working now. Then I ask him why he was yelling at me for bringing the car to the lift, when the other guy TOLD ME to bring it, and he just dismisses me and in the end just says, “Don’t worry about it.”
I STILL can’t believe this happened and can’t make sense of what this person’s problem was?! Horrible, horrible attitude. Totally wasted my time and gas to put up with this unpleasant person. 0/5

I’ve been coming here for 5 years for oil changes, tire repair, and brake service. The owners Louie and Cliff are honest and explain the service options well. They’re also very accommodating whether I’m leaving the car or waiting. The experience is always great. Highly recommend

Have been getting my cars serviced here for almost 20 years. That says it all. I trust these guys, their work is first rate, their prices are fair, and they never try to sell you something you don't need. The only problem I've ever had was with a battery that didn't last as long as it was supposed to. No problem, no argument they made it right.
