“Go here! The owner, Z, is very knowledgable and friendly. It is clear from the way he wanted to understand my needs and desires for my aquarium before giving advice that he cares about the quality of life of both pet and pet owner. I own a small tank, so cleaning it is relatively easy; but if and when I get a larger tank, I would definitely seek out the aquarium service because of the care and knowledge Z brings to his clients and business.”
“This is a nice local store. They seem to try to do an awful lot with their space, products, etc. They are always happy to chat through questions about dog food and such. They are also good about tracking frequent buyer discounts from brands..”
“My puppy had the experience of a lifetime at Wipe Your Paws! They took such amazing care of her! She gets nervous around loud noises and they were so gentle and able to work through it. My Pup looks beautiful! Her haircut is so perfect. The groomer was able to recreate my vision- we didn’t want much cut, just a “clean-up” and they did exactly that! The oatmeal bath left my pup soft and smelling so good! Beyond the wonderful haircut- the facility was extremely clean and sanitary. You would never guess dogs come in and out every day. The staff was so Kind and accommodating. The owner is a wonderful person with a vast knowledge about dogs and their behavior! She runs an incredible operation. We can’t wait to bring our ouch back!”
“The store is great and so is the service. On the downside, I bought a CHI brush for my dog. It lasted about a minute before the rubber cement holding the bristle side gave up. A $20 brush should be up to the task. Of course I can drive all the way back and get another useless brush or a refund”
“This week I took my 15-year-old Bearded Collie to Doggies City to be groomed and get a summer cut. Luis was wonderful. He clearly took his time with our dog and was compassionate with the dog's restrictions. He let him rest during the process. Much appreciate the kind treatment! Susan H.”
“Grooming is excellent. However, the network being down and charging us full price and a la cart was an issue. Manager refusing to speak to me was a problem. Trying to dismiss me was a problem. Took calling Corporate and refusing to leave until I spoke to management is when my concerns were addressed. Please note Management never came out to speak to me.”

“Petsmart in Nanuet ny, is the worse store to shop at. The assistant manager is not a nice man, the shelves are always bare.
Recently spoke to the store Mgr and she was also rude. I work in retail and you should not be rude to people.
I will be shopping at the Monroe ny petsmart where they know how to treat people.”
“I got a puppy yesterday for my mom and she was so happy. I am very happy I got him from this place. Linda was very sweet and helped me to find everything I needed.”
“Very nice people work there. Went looking for a bed for doggy found limited supply so I'm off to buy online but I do try going here first. Wish it smelled better but it is a pet store so I guess it's as good as it gets. Great staff though.”

“Came here to bathe one of my dogs (husky) and they provide shampoo, towels, tub with nozzle and blow dryer. Even treats!! Super affordable and staff was very inviting. I will be returning with my German shepherd.”
