On a few occasions that I used the service station I had nothing but a great experience. First, I took my car for inspection. It didn’t pass for the simple reason that I removed the battery before a long trip so it was giving an error message. The owner instead of dismissing me he suggested to drive the car at over 50mph for 20 minutes and bring it back. I did just that and it passed. He didn’t charge me extra.
The second time I noticed a screw embedded in my tire. I took it there and the technician removed the screw and tested the tire. It was fine and they didn’t charge me for their time.
I also took my car for oil changes etc and never had an issue everyone was polite and professional

Terrible experience. Took my car for an Inspection. I have been to this locations before but some time agO they changed ownership and ot of mechanics ARE GONE especially one that was excellent at servicing my car. I went here because it was convinient. Waited for my turn then the mechanic takes my car in for service with in 3 minutes of looking at the exterior if my 2 year old car he states it will not pass inspection due to nonsense work that will cost a fortune. Then preceeded to make inappropriate comments. I tried to leave however upon exit I was given other keys instead of my car keys. I drove to another inspection site, had my car inspected to which is pass with no other work required. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM SITE. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST LOCATION. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE FOR REPAIRS, GAS NOT EVEN A BAG OF CHIPS.

I brought my car for an inspection was told I needed to replace front and rear brakes to pass. The car would also require an alignment. I checked my records after and the rear brakes had only 14,000 miles of use so did not NEED replacing. I was charged $150 for an alignment, but discovered Shell does not do alignments on site and is charged $80 by another station down the street. Does he need to do a nearly 100% mark up for a job he doesn't perform? Unnecessary work and over charged. stay away from King Shell .

Don’t ever go there the old lady who works there is very rude person, if she doesn’t like her job why is she there and by the way I can’t understand why she is on the register when she doesn’t understand the language “ she is a mess

Steve G and Rambo are the best mechanics! I love King Shell and will always be a loyal customer. Rambo works on weekends and Steve G during the week. There is another good guy there and I'm sorry I don't know his name. The King Shell mechanics are always so knowledgeable and super helpful, and reasonable in cost. As a single lady in the area, I am so fortunate to be able to really depend on them. Big shout out to King Shell!

Had the good fortune to find myself right by SHELL/ King Auto Repair in Ossining earlier today when I had tire trouble. Steve, the manager, greeted me kindly, then swiftly and efficiently took care of the problem and got me on my way. This is a business I want to support.

Stopped in WITHOUT an appointment to try the new mechanic for an oil change on my car, and was very pleased. Steve, the new chief mechanic and manager greeted me and said he could take me right in. Steve was very friendly and deeply customer centered in his focus. He allowed me from outside the open garage door to watch the work being done on my vehicle. This accommodation gave me piece of mind that the proper care was being done on my vehicle. He performed a overall and underneath inspection of my vehicle while the oil change was being done, and made some observations for items to watch out for moving forward. He appears to be an attentive and conscientious mechanic. I will use continue to use his services going forward.

Steve the mechanic is very nice and does a great job. He fixed my a/c and said that I didn’t have to pay for freon since the bill was over $1000. I paid cash. The owner was a cheapskate and wouldn’t honor the free freon deal that Steve said that I could have. I told the owner that it’s a cash deal, and there was no way he reported it, but after arguing with him for about 20 minutes, he gave me $50 off the bill. His cheap mentality and grumpy demeanor will keep me from returning to this shop. Steve should get a job somewhere that he is appreciated and the boss isn’t an a**h**e.

A very stressful business. I paid almost 1500 for a job to be done and they did half the job and didn't notify me of this and a week later I found out and came back to them to complete the job and under the warranty supposedly and has avoided calls from me and won't finish the job they were paid for and pretty much told me prior to not answering or returning my calls that they have to do jobs first they are getting paid for which is ridiculous because I did paid for the job which is incomplete so I have to report them and find a resolution somehow and this is unacceptable

I recently got my radiator fixed here and the new owner was very nice and helpful. The mechanic seemed knowledgeable and worked quickly.

For decades, I have brought my cars to King Shell and all my experiences with the mechanics and their work has been extremely favorable. They employ knowledgeable mechanics, work quickly and don't overcharge.
