Customer service is at its all time low now in this store, nobody is watching or supervising the front end at least on the weekends. Cashier's will have their lights turned on but nobody is at register.Horrible service and a sign of the times. People just hanging out and around, and not assisting.

Unfortunately, I did not receive good customer service at this location. Half of the items were out of stock. If you decide to shop here, please know you have to bag all of your items with no help. The cashier rang up a large order and at the end watched the customer bag all items for 10 minutes while 5 people were standing in line.

One of the best stores in the area. Always clean and it's a very large place.

The meat is brown. And I have seen them putting fresh meat out with the meat that is clearly brown that they just move to the front. It smells in that area which also is an indicator that the meat is going bad. When the meat start to get old that's when it goes on sale. I rather shop at the beech shopping center for meat because it's fresh. It's out of my way but worth it in the end

Bad experience with customer service in the area Of Western Union. They always said; money is not available yet. After 24 hours? Western Union is supposed to be a service money in minutes .

I feel that the products at this particular Stop and Shop isn't as fresh as other markets. On the other hand, this grocery store is bright, clean, and shelves are fully stocked now that the pandemic has passed.

Will never shop here again! Went to customer service for price at checkout higher than on shelf for 3 items. Manager, Lounis was rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, annoyed and arrogant. He is detriment to the store. He treated a gentleman that had a question the same as me. Many of my friends have had the same experience .Too many other supermarkets in area to do business with who have excellent and nice managers and staff.

Unfortunately this store is still lacking in so many ways. Produce has gotten a little better. But not great. Bakery is awful. Bread stale at times. There’s hardly anyone behind the counter or there is someone not suited for the job. The fish department is a disgrace as is the meat that very often smells like rot.Management should visite both, the Ossining one and Mount Kisco. One has nothing to do with the other. If only Ossining Stop and Shop was like the one in Mount Kisco, Shoprite in Croton wouldn’t be so crowded.

A clean, generally well-stocked grocery store. Fewer fancy brands than other stores in the area, but also cheaper. Their self checkout scanning guns are a game changer!

Great for essentials only. I wouldn't recommend their fresh fruit and veggies at all. Only if absolutely necessary.

I turned 21 this year, I'm out of state and haven't changed my ID ever since I've gotten my drivers license when I was 17. I tried to buy alcohol at this location and have been denied by a manager who's wears a gray shirt and a cap. Claims that I need to have a renewed ID and a New York State license to purchase alcohol and hasn't provided me any evidence of the claim he kept a defending, and that's it's New York State law. My bf had confirmed with the police that it's not a New York State law, and an out of state license shouldn't have any affect with my alcoholic purchases unless it's store policy. Therefore, after this encounter, I went to my local liquor store and showed them the exact same ID as I had shown to the staff at this stop and shop, and they proceeded with my transaction. I understand that the employees are trying to do their job, but I've asked multiple people, (this has happened previously) and said that they've never heard of this "policy" before. Unless corporate can provide a document of this policy, I will assume that I've been discriminated.
