Called the store on my way over, just to confirm they had a 16 pro 128. They told me that they had multiple and in different colors. I confirmed, bc I know they are low on inventory with the 16 pro model. When I got there, I had to wait online for over 30 minutes. Then when it was my turn, the lady had to check the back and tell me she didn’t have any. WHY LIE on the phone? You think im gonna come in and buy something else?

The service at T Mobile in Ossining in fantastic. Lionel worked with me on getting a new phone. He is patient and very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything about my transaction. Janet and Genesis were also working in the store at the time and I observed that they were also providing excellent customer service.
